btw, are you going to apply under the old live in caregiver rule for pr too? or just the new caregiver pathway.

I only submit under caring for children pathway.
It wastes money if I submit two applications for officer will ask me to decide which one to be passed...
And the reason I recommended you to apply under new pathway is really clear as I said before...

No, I am not. I was a consultant in a immigration company...
It did not showed that you have to be a nurse to apply to become a caregiver on cic...
I took 6 months training course in my homeland...that is easier and quicker
The teacher is professional and I do learned a lot of things from her...

If you check the other forum (people for high medical needs) there this applicant who submitted last aug 24 and was refused because she did not meet the requirement for a full time work experience. I'm still asking several questions to her and I'm waiting for her response. She didn't mention if what work permit she had during her 24 months employment.

Yes. I noticed that.
On the checklist form, work experience part, It needs you to prove your experience with other documents, such as contacts, employer's letter, statement of earnings etc..
Relax, they can not refuse your application if you got all the support documents.

Yes, as long you provide the officer enough evidence of employer, I believe there is no reason for refusal.

maybe because she was working two different jobs or she transferred from one different job to another, then that's not considered "fulltime". it was clearly stated on the website that it has to be in a "single eligible occupation".

I am single, and i dont have any dependents with me. And I got bachelor degree in my homeland...

Still waiting for news from cic....It takes tooooooooo long...

That's ok. It has been 36 days since they started processing your papers (August 6). Let us hope they will give an update anytime soon. I'm praying it will be a positive one for you.

I plan to submit my application thru the Caring for Children Pathway Next month. Cass77 is the only one I know who submitted using this specific pathway. Anybody else planning on using this pathway? or have submitted thru the Caring for Children Pathway?

I checked the statues just a few minutes ago, it showed that " Decision Made "...

But I did not get any emails about it, and I did not get PPR email either....

Still waiting for cic...

Need to be more patient...

wow! congratulations in advance. I just mailed my application, hope it would be received either tuesday or wednesday the processing took less than 2 months, nice to hear.
