I got home from Jamaica today. Didnt think id get outta there last night with the weather in toronto, but i made it.
I got home and the appeals department sent the first set of forms today.
They say they are only disputing that i was married at the time i married my current hubby. This is because i didnt have the death certificate. Getting that is in the works and i hope to have it by he time i have to put the papers in. If not i fo have the certified copy from the coroners court that shows i have started that, and that he is in fact passed away. Hopefully that helps while waiting for the death certificate.

Hey everyone my journey is over as of the 27th of November. My husband got grilled, however he got his visa on the spot. We are years in age but the God lord allowed us to reunite one again and start our life journey together. I wish everyone with a happy outcome there interview.

Good morning guys, we have come to the end of our road. Hubby got his visa this morning. He got till October to leave Ja but he will have to file for his son when he gets here. They asked him 2 questions: my name and how many children he has. Thanks guys for all your support and I wish your the rest all the best, yours too will soon come to an end

I have started the appeals process, and got all documentation in. Hoping to hear in the next few months about a hearing (mediation hopefully). My hubby and i really thought he would be here this Christmas. But every day that goes by, is a day closer, in Gods hands now.

Thats quite a while i think. Ours waa about a week. Maybe call rhe medical office and ask them if they submitted it

My hubby and his 3 non accompany dependents did medical on the july 31 and it showed up by the 9 of August. You can call the place where your medical was done to make sure it was aent to immigration. You only got 30 days to do all of this so time is of the essense
