Now the status chaned to "biometrics completed on16th July "

There is something as biometric correspondence letter. So,I think that instead of that, they have started updating it on the GC . I am not sure what information is there on correspondence letter. This is just a guess.

My timeline is as follows :

June 25th : Online application submitted
June 27th : Biometrics Collection letter
July 2nd : Biometrics given and updated on the same day
July 16th : Got update on portal that "July 16th, you passed the medical Exam "
July 22nd : Under biometrics tab it Updated as : July 2, Biometrics Completed

After this no updates. Anyone else in the sameboat ?

Ur scenarios are absolutely replica of mine except the biometrics enrollment date

Medicals cleared on June 12th
Couple of days ago I saw an update which states biometrics completed on June 12th under biometrics

Background verification in progress from ages (I don't know when it will get over)
Eligibility review not yet started (I don't know when it will start)

I haven't got any updates.... If u had got correspondence letter u r most likely to receive decision this week... If u receive decision after August then u gotta deffer ur intake... Fingers crossed

VFS would have given you a receipt with a tracking number when you submitted the passport, you can use that to track. However, I am having issues with the tracking, as the tracking shows no records found after reaching Banglore Embassy.

June 1st week applicant. And they are still doing background checking. Even received correspondence letter almost a month ago and still waiting for passport request.
