What question did you ask them last Friday I called the agent told me eligibility was in progress but today the agent told me eligibility hasn’t started yet?
Why do you have to call them back to back?

Friday and then Tuesday??? The representatives will give you information based on what they understand from your file, hence the mixed answers.

U should give them time to work.. I totally understand there are delays on CIC's part but we can't do anything about it.

Just relax, your COPR is definitely on the way..

Keep fingers crossed

Eligibility: in-progress (but Recommended Pass by Case Analyst)

I never had to do biometrics, so I’ll now have to wait for that call from Service Canada

Does anyone know how to tell what stage of the completeness check your application is in? I’m eager to rule out rejection due to incomplete application. :p

Timeline
AOR: June 24th
Medical Exam Passed: August 15th
Biometrics Instruction Letter: August 15th

Status
Review of eligibility: we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results: August 15, 2020 You passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents: we do not need additional documents.
Interview: you do not need an interview.
Biometrics: we have not received your finger prints.
Background check: we are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.

Other notes:
Temporary UCI changed to permanent UCI (can’t remember which date)
Progress bar at 54% (though I understand this is not based on estimates)

I have exactly same timeline as you!
If you passed your medical and received BIL that means you have passed your R10 (completeness check).
Eligibility comes next!
All the best with your application

Everything the same as you with regards to status.
The progress bar is at 55%
I called IRCC a couple of days back and the agent mentioned Criminality in-progress and the rest not started.
Also, the R10 completeness check happens before MEP and BIL, so, I guess you should be good with R10.

I just finished a call with IRCC agent, she was very nice to talk and look deeply into my application.
AOR: June 6
CEC Inland
Eligibility: Recommend Passed
Criminality: In-progress
Security: Not Started
Also, she asked my BIO and checked that I exempt from it because my BIO is still valid (gave it when I came to Canada to study)
Hi Dactoan,
In which Year did you submitted biometrics for your study?
