So dumb reply to cse’s we raised. It took some time and days to decide the day when we will send them cse’s and also to frame cse and it took them seconds to thrash cse’s.

I have also noticed and have heard from few people as well that if you have connected to an agent in last few weeks then they are not placing you in queue for calls. I have also experienced same thing since last few days. Unable to connect to an agent even after multiple attempts and trying different times.

We are left with no option. Don’t know what to do apart from waiting in such scenario.
We have to digest the response from CSE for now.

Do you think they block us from getting into call by calculating the last time we called? I feel it might not be true. There are guys who call them every other week.

Use a Canadian number and you'll always get through.

This is what I was thinking. Why are only so few agents there. Probably getting hundreds of messages each day.
Yup... And they haven't done anything about being genuine to their replies since Months now.... A little discouraging... May be thats what they want..

It is not a criteria to get through. I know someone in Canada that has been trying to call but has not been lucky to be connected.

So in my case i was told application approved, with the following details
Eligibility = Met
Criminality = Passed
Security = Passed.

So does it mean that until a visa officer passes my Eligibility I wont be eligible to receive the PPR ?
I am a bit confused. Are applications approved now even with the Eligibility status as MET? I thought it had to be Passed in order to approve the file.

Use a Canadian number, call the +18 number and call at the right time, and you'll almost always get through.

Hi guys. So I sent Ottawa a mail last week and got this response:

This is in response to your recent email enquiry regarding the status of your application. Kindly note that your application is currently awaiting review. At this point there is no action required on your part. Please be assured that as soon as the review is complete, the next steps in the processing of this application will be determined and you will be advised accordingly. We trust that this information will be of assistance.

What do you guys make of this response?

Who knows your file must be on the verge of approval because of which they aren't responding. :)
@Prashant86_2000 as a matter of fact, they havent responded to my email as well. They usually do reply. I am also not getting my GCMS (post a month) and my PPR as well.. Only Matthew was kind enough to respond to the CSE, whatever boring stuff may be in that reply, but he did.

If you look at Immitracker, September 2018 AoRs have a completion rate of 10% after 4.5 months. Definitely CIC is not going to complete rest of the 70% in just 1.5 months to meet their so called 80% applications in 6 months crap.

Overall they have slowed down. Period.
Super slow. And it it definitely related to the news which was circulating lately. The point is, if there is a delay or they foresee deadline missed, they should at least inform us in a transparent manner. A lot is in 'hanging garden' due to this uncertainty which is really anguishing .
