Guys, Is 888 242 2100 the correct number to contact agents? Tried lot of times but always the call was disconnected automatically due to high traffic instead adding to the waiting line.

Yup, there is no specific pattern...but generally that is the trend. I have seen one more application that went from MEP to PPR. I am more interested in what your Background Check field says.

Says "
We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."

Yes, its IP1 that you have quoted . Are you CEC Inland or FSW ?

Thanks for sharing, you were in IP2, assuming you didn't check your CIC account very frequently or you missed to notice the update.

APPLICATION APPROVED ON OCT 26 ( Confirmed by CIC agent) and file is at Ottawa.
Since then, there is no response. No Ghost Update
Its been 5 months and a week now should I contact Ralph or should I wait until 6 month mark on December 8 ?
Can anyone give some idea.

Ralph can only help in getting the status and since you already know the status there is no point in reaching out to him. There are many in same position with application approved almost 4 weeks back and approaching 6 month mark. So, unfortunately, there is nothing more you can do but wait.

I guess the only thing left for you is to wait. Mailing Ralph would only give you the same info that you already have, application approved, I don’t think it gets anywhere past that, he probably can’t (or won’t) do anything to expedite the process, and you already confirmed it’s been approved.
