Hi dear,

It is very normal to see a stagnant status in your cic account with regards to eligibility as under reviewing stage even after you get your golden email . Since the status shows that background check is in process, it basically means the following
R10 ( document completeness has been passed),
Medicals passed,
eligibility may be in progress or would be recommended pass ( the latter is most likely however the only way to confirm this is by ordering gcsm notes)
background check and security check in progress..

All goes well, you should be hearing yourself to read the golden email next.. cheers!!
Thanks for the clarification . Yes,as far as I talked to an agent from cic, review of eligibility has been met for my application. Don't know where I stand currently and how long it will take for me to receive the golden mail?

yay yay yay thats soooo sooo sooo sooo exciting!!!:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
Linda.. we both are almost in same boat.
June 20th is my AOR
MED passed
ADR request for RCMP on July 5th
ADR submitted on July 17th
Eligibility is recommended pass as per GCMS dated Aug 27th
Since then no update with the below status till now as per CIC agent,
Eligibility is still under review
BG is in progress
Criminality hasn't started

So in case, if you get an update on your application, please do let me know.

If the agent has confirmed that eligibility is recommended pass, you have leapednover a huge wall. Now it's just background check and security check that remain.
You are on the final stages for getting your golden email. I wouldn't be able to give an estimate to when or how long cuz these checks depends on certain factors like the country you applying from, the countries visited etc and we don't have any window of knowlege about how much of these checks have been completed so far, I think it is a good time for you to order your gcsm notes.. either ways you are gonna be leaping in joy sooner or later for sure.

Moved to ip2 few min back
AOR June 3
MEP June 15
FSW-O
Ottawa

Congrats mate! Same timeline. Stuck in IP1. Some moron of an agent couldn't understand what a 'fixed deposit' means even though it was clearly stated and put my file of "Review Required'.

Contact them in Hyderabad, you can also confirm with Ottawa.
They said they don't accept my passport untill I get official email from CIC.

What is ur status in cic account..N from which mail did u receive dis email..I mean it doesnt clearly mention what is required to be done.. Did u try calling IRCC?

Have you checked thru your spam mails, promotional mails etc? You can raise a CSE to follow up on it as well. Calling up the agent to get any info won't help out at this stage. A slight delay like this isn't unusual but it's always good for the applicant to be sure and confident.

Yes, I sifted through all mails. And I raised a CSE too. The response time is "15 DAYS" :O. And the dead line submit the passport is 03-NOV.

Actually i dont know what is the reason for delay
Because till date i have not received any ADR also
I also received mail from them that your file in proper order as per requirement

Yes. I remember seeing that. Im going it's just a rumor as only 2 out of the 10 years fit on their e-form. We have a few pccs too.

My travel history was extensive (I think 20-30 lines?), but seems it's still progressing fine.

We maxed out the form in the first 2 years of travel histrory and the rest went into the loe so it's a lot for them to go through.
