Hi all,
I am new to this , pls be kind if i am asking a question which has been replied to multiple times.
My Aor is 27 June 2018
med pass 12 july
Ip1 13 july
no update since
FswO

i called cic, agent said file is at high commission in new delhi.
she said, as file is outside canada, she cant give any updates or access my file.
Is this response from her correct, does anyone know?
also, today happens to be the 110th day post aor? is this delay normal ?

There is no "delay". It is perfectly normal. Based on the data only 48-50% candidates get PPR by the 4th Month. So if you get in October you are in 50% of the population else you need to wait like the rest of the 50%.

Yes u r correct may be i will get PPR in next 02 weeks.
I also want to knwo that is it helpful if we call to agent an ask about file status?

If you have patience to call them ... go ahead .. will it really help? No one can answer that. Some agents are helpful and some .. well less said the better.

But everytime i called then call transfer to recorded call no agent is there.
Can you give number so that i can contact?

Congrats to all who have moved to ip2 recently:) :). Whenever I see someone announcing something I immediately check my account for an update but every time it breaks my heart :(:(. I can see June 7, 8, 11, 13, 15, 21 AORs got movements and June 30 AOR ppr but my file June 12 aor is stubbornly stuck in IP1 :mad::mad::mad:. Come on IRCC don't forget me please... :rolleyes:

Yes thanks i also have same number but nobody is responding on this number
