It's been 1 year and 7 months for me too. Not sure what is going on.

Got the AOR in June 2018, medical passed soon after that. Got married on Dec 2018 and I created web-form request to have my wife added to the profile. Agent sent list of documents which I submitted through web form request in January 2019.

Got an update to send couple of additional documents in September 2019 along with medical request for my wife. Submitted all that soon after. Additional documents section got updated to "not applicable" after few days.

Got re-medical request in October 2019 as mine was expired. Completed that and medical passed on Nov 15th, 2019.

Status is now shown as below:

Eligibility Requirements - We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements

Medical - November 15, 2019 You passed the medical exam

Review of additional documents - Not applicable.

Background check - We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information

Final decision - Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

There are a number of 3rd party companies that will order GCMS notes and send you over email. A simple Google search will show you plenty of options.

Most people here have used www.getgcms.com in the past.

You should order notes at the earliest.

Thank you for the information. I was little skeptical about the privacy with using the third party website but I may think of doing it soon.

Our situation is so similar to yours

AOR 17 July 2018 and passed Medical soon after. Got Married in December 2018. Intimated IRCC. Got request for wife’s documents in May 2019, including request for her Medical. Submitted everything in a week. File got transferred to NDVO in mid May. Continued to be in IP1 without any movement till 27 Nov 2019. Got my remedical request and moved to IP2 on 27 Nov 2019. Remedical done on 4th Dec 2019 and passed soon after. Got PPR on 24 Dec 2019. Submitted passports in Bangalore VFS on the same day. Passports reached IRCC Delhi on 30th and just got a message that decision letter has been sent.

hang in there. It is definitely frustrating. Order GCMS notes so that you can know what’s exactly happening with your file. Also raise a web form stating that you had done remedical but there was no movement after that. I had raised a web form stating the same couple of weeks after I passed remedical, after which I got passport request. I can’t confirm that my web form was the reason for passport request, however, there’s no harm in trying

What does your travel document issuing country on your COPR read if your passport X was issued in country Y? Does it say X, since you are a citizen of country X? Or does it say country Y since your passport reads place of issue - city (in country Y)

The only country that has been my biggest disappointment as far as the immigration is concerned. I have travelled to Europe and these countries at least have timelines to conclude on your applications unlike IRCC.

I am totally frustrated with this process of PR. You can never know when will the application be processed and who will process it. It's been 18 months 25 days and have not received any response from IRCC.

Finally, I have sent a CSE for withdrawing the application and I have mentioned the reason for withdrawing the application is the processing time and IRCC's attitude towards applications such as mine. I have no hopes from Canada anymore.

I am also not afraid if they reject my application because what more collateral damage can this do to me. Canada is the most undeserving country in the world. It should not have such immigration policies that frustrates people. I hope that they refund my RPRF fee as judging from there responses in past 18 months, It should take a lifetime.

Finally, exploring other option to migrate to Australia, UK, Ireland, New Zealand, Germany and Japan. Let me know if you can suggest any other country.

THis is something always i tell people.. out of loads of application some fell through crack.. BUt again this attitude mate... Canada is not obliged to take u in... its just like a job ,, if you are eligible and short listed .. does not mean they have to give u a job... and in Jobs also sometime HRs do not reply.
So chill out.. and since u did a voluntary pull out of application i highly doubt apart from refundable fee anything else will be returned.
FYI such issues are internally escalated and officers in charge are questioned and sometimes fired as well
