No PPR mostly direct COPR or they would send you the link for the new landing portal. just follow the instructions and send your pics for your PR card.

@legalfalcon just got a call from IRCC, agent congrulated and stated that the yesterday GU update I received for a biometric refund and my criminality was last step that has been completed , he stated to wait for the golden email, do you know how long could it take? moreover I did not ask for visa office would my file be in LVO or still in CPC-OTTAWA where it was initially ?

If you are in Canada or the US, then your LVO is CPC Ottawa.

If you are outside Canada, then the processing can happen anywhere and the further instructions to send your passport will be sent to you based on the LVO and your country of residence.
