It usually takes 2 to 4 weeks.

I have a police certificate that the visa office requested of my wife via cic.. is it ok to just upload the scanned document or must I mail the original?

You can upload via the case specific enquiry tool on the CIC website. However in my case they wanted the original so mailed it to them but also emailed it incase it got lost in the mail.

You need to provide originals obtain them and then mail them to the VO requesting them

Hi, in my case its also almost 13 months. No response from NDVO. I am still waiting for pre-arrival/ppr
