Hi everyone, I got scheduled for the Citizenship oath on Dec 23, 2021, and didn't get any email instructions is this normal?
Congrats! Another oath scheduled! Woohooo! Wierd that yours was scheduled for Dec, and someone else yesterday was scheduled for March. Must be base don location? What location did you apply from? Updated in excel. What day did you do your citizenship test? Do you have an approximate date of when the decision was made (i.e. when was the last time your status was updated to add in the oath date of Dec 23?)

My husband's status has changed to 'Decision Made' though when I click on it, it still shows 'We started processing your application on April 23, 2021'.

Background Verification, Physical Presence and Prohibitions are Completed. Most recent changes were made on Nov 23. Language Skills are In Progress, Citizenship Test and Citizenship Ceremony, Not Started. However, I read that the language skills and citizenship test should be 'Waived' in my husband's case, as he's 55. Oh well, all's well that ends well. Hopefully, 'Decision Made' will mean the citizenship ceremony isn’t too far in the future.

Btw, it’s line 54 on the tracker. Thanks in advance for updating!
Updated! If it says decision made, than hopefully that means that you should have an date scheduled soon! Congrats!

Hi, thanks
People usually get the email 7-10 days before their Oath. What is your local office?
thanks, I applied in Barrie, Ontario

Hi everyone, got Oath information today (dated yesterday) with the scheduled date - Dec 10. My timeline is in signature. Electronic application.
However my wife who applied on paper just 10 days after me still does not have any update since her exam in mid-July.
Another oath in a couple of weeks. That's fast. Congrats. Yes, the paper applications generally seems to be processed slower. But, at least your wife already did her citizenship test so hopefully she will get decision made in the not too distant future! My husband, on the other hand, applied by paper and still hasn't even got citizenship test invite yet... so we're even further behind in the process...

Please check the excel spreadsheet to see if your entry is up to date on the Jan 2021. If there are any updates (or if you aren't on the excel spreadsheet yet), please reply to this with your updates, or tag me so I see the post. I went back a several pages to look for updates that weren't updated yet, but I don't think I'll be going much further back.

I moved to Montreal in August.
Got the test invitation on November 15.
Passed the test on November 27.

Thank you!

What happens if I did the online test and forgot to take a photo of my ID card? I got 20 out of 20? Should I call them?
How longit will it take to reschedule you for another test if you should retake the test?
Thank you in advance
