Ya I have heard some people got their AOR today.
I saw only two AOR reports yesterday in this thread. AR is Feb/23 and Mar/4. Please share if you know more. I have seen AOR report one a month maybe. One another AOR will come next month. It doesn't mean they start to work for AOR. It seems that one officer wants to give a gift because he/she was so happy one day.

Does it mean you only work when you're happy? IRCC not working we're negative. Now we begin to see slow movement you're still making comment like this publicly....very funny.

Can anyone please help me I’m really depressed
Do we have to submit ielts with our paper pr application if nominated under Noc O?
Dont be. Read the Section 12 of documents checklist. It clearly says that "applicants to Provincial/Territorial Nominee classes in semi or low-skilled professions that fall under National Occupation Classification (NOC) skill level C and D are required to complete a language proficiency test from one of the following designated agencies:
• IELTS (General Training test only),
• CELPIP (General test only), and/or
• TEF"

You don't need to attach Ielts with your paper pr application. Only NocC,D needs valid ielts result.
https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm5690e.pdf
Also, when you applied for Nomination(NocO), it'd include your Ielts result already. And when you got nominated, that means you're qualified.
