How long can it take between PAL and MR in average.

Today I recieved PAL. Ar Mar 13, AOR Sept 3. PAL Nov 14.
Quick question, does PAL mean that eligibility passed?

Are you inland or Outland??

No does not matter , Many who got pr within 11 months received medical request.
Sending medical request does not take whole lot of time
and Some even get medical pass on the day they send medical results. so it is hard to crack ircc working algorithms.

And yes 5%( As per data of last immigration report) of the applicants can still be processed under the service standards of 11 months , So lets see who among us is lucky enough to make it within 11 months

9 from 10 who got PR within 11 month in my list did upfront medical.

Well i also know some who got mr within 11 months. and pr as well. I guess we can never figure out ircc algorithm.
I know some who get rprf and pcc requests and still get pr within 11 months and while those who sent everything upfront wait right until processing time is up

It seems i have a GU in my GCKEY, but I cannot click on it to see the status, the website just keep loading it, I also check ECAS it still said IN PROCESS. not sure whether it is a real GU or just a system error.
