Sending medical request does not take whole lot of time
and Some even get medical pass on the day they send medical results. so it is hard to crack ircc working algorithms.
Well i also know some who got mr within 11 months. and pr as well. I guess we can never figure out ircc algorithm.9 from 10 who got PR within 11 month in my list did upfront medical.
