It was march 20. Says that he is not satisfied that I will leave canada at the end of my stay and my purpose of visit. Will that delay the process of my PR? I haven't received my BIL yet for my spouse
Don't think so as you are already applying for staying permanently in Canada and are you outland or inland ?
Yes they might i am not sure check your finances as reason for not denying your OWP might be that you didn't had enough financial ties or something. but again if it is not due to financial reason then i don't expect any delays

Yes but that was way back in june when i havent received my aor yet and my wife applied using her own gckey acct. that is probably the reason why she got denied. Hope to get her BIL soon. Thanks
