I submitted both my bachelor's and MSC IT degree I did from LPU. Can't say anything on that, since my evaluation is in process under IQAS

My application is still being displayed as "Waiting for Transcripts" today. Its been almost 3 months now.
January 19 2022 - IQAS application submitted
January 27 2022 - Transcripts submitted to IQAS digitally through truecopy
Anyone facing similar delay? Please advice

I received my completed ECA last week. As expected, my B.Sc. (H) compares to the completion of a three-year Bachelor of Science degree, and the Executive PG Diploma compares to the completion of a Graduate Diploma.
Finally got my IQAS ECA online. My timeline is as follows:
Application Creation - July 2021
Payment and Form Submission - August 2021
Transcripts received by IQAS - September 2021
Assessment started - October 2021
Further documentation requested - December 2021/January 2022
There was a delay from my side and the university in sending the right documents as asked by IQAS. Finally, I sent the additional documents in March 2022 and was received by IQAS within a week.
Final review, completed and mailed - April 2022
Qualifications Attained - Graduate diploma and a three-year bachelor's degree

Documents reached on : 21 July, 2022
In line for processing : 9 Aug, 2022
Final review : 18 Aug, 2022
Completed : 26 Aug, 2022
Total time taken by IQAS after receiving documents - 36 Days only.
Such less time from IQAS might be because of recovery after Covid downtime.
Processing time might increase as EE invites have started again now.
Outcome by IQAS:
4 year Degree + Graduate Diploma
(Equivalent years for graduate diploma is not mentioned, I think it is not important as CRS shows one program should be three years or more).
Faced no issues of past such as "reached max apps for the day" or "fluctuation at final review". None.
B.Tech - Mechanical Engineering
Punjab Technical University - PTU
(College was different)
Batch 2012-2016
Transcripts sent directly by PTU
PTU has dedicated webpage for ECA to various agencies. Online payment.
They send all DMCs, Degree with transcript. No option to send only transcript. Charged me almost INR 10,000.
Once they dispatch they send you an email of scanned docs sent by PTU to IQAS.
PGDITM - Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology Management
SCDL - Symbiosis Centre for distance learning
Batch 2016-2018
Transcripts sent directly by SCDL
Email SCDL student helpline (diploma@scdl.net) for IQAS ECA process. They will provide details that are not listed on website.
Payment made online via student portal but then had to send requested docs via courier to SCDL.
SCDL took 15 days to dispatch transcripts but courier reached IQAS in 1 day only.

As in WES do we need to write application number on envelope or just on document request letter inside the sealed envelope is sufficient?
