The thing is:your Eligibility is only passed when you see Officer review in your notes. If you see A11.2 passed by Agent it is just a first step of Eligibility and you need to wait for an Officer review for your Eligibility to be completely passed.
Inland PNP applicants - No movement in application.

again, on the first or second page of the note, it is written black and white "Eligibility: Passed" I really don't know what else to say... If you think it is not that's fine, these staging pass or not make no difference, IRCC can finish all stages in days if they want to, so I won't worry too much.

It says,
1)my medical exam passed on 11 june2021,( which already been passed back on 8th July 2020)
2) I completed my biometric on 19th May 2020 which I already done on 10th November
what does it mean?
does it mean they are processing my file now after 13 months?

I think the **Agent Review ** is officer review. Because there also have an "application assistant " review before this one.

I saw many GCMS notes samples with wording OFFICER review. It is a very short review compared to Agent one.
Program assistant is the one who doing R10 completes check as far as I know-in my notes it is done by him.
***Agent Review*** Passed my criminality and eligibility, It might just depend on who write the notes. I don't think they have a prototype to write notes as same.
I double checked by calling them and raise a webform.
@legalfalcon please comment on this.

14. Late evening June 11, 2021, Got call from IRCC … with NO CALLER ID … Officer said, they are clearing backlogs and wanted to confirm that I am in Canada with my spouse and kids . Then she spoke to my spouse and congratulated us … saying process will be completed tonight and I will get email.
