This is why when we stuck in our last step and there are many 2021 JAN/FEB even march applicants got their CoPR...

What do you mean by normal EE? They are mostly processing CEC applications. And forgot our PNP applications.

IRCC has set a target of 80 800 PNP immigrants for 2021. This is roughly 6700 people to land per month.

So far they landed just : January - 1655. February - 1190. March - 825. (This is data only for EE PNP-there are also paper based PNP and I don’t have a data for those but I am assuming they don’t land them a lot so “the landing targets” still far away to be reached.

We can clearly see that they don’t even close to meet the target with this pace. Also, we see a decrease of PNP landings every month. I have no idea what is going on.

All targets of IRCC are just targets and haven't been met. IRCC is trying its best to ramp up, but as long as there are travel restrictions all targets will be missed. Also these targets are just guidelines and don't have to be met.

I won't be optimistic since it would be even more disappointing if things are not happening.
It has been so frustrating.......
