Can you please share your mandamus process? When did you apply? What has happened and what are you expecting to happen? I am also thinking about the application. Thanks!
I started the mandamus process 7 months ago. They say that a court ruling is still 6+ months away. By that time I will have given up on Canada anyway.

PoF should be very simple. Your employment letter, pay stubs, tax filings etc, or any other similar document can go towards meeting the PoF.
Thank you very much for your reply legalfalcon. I already submitted Proof of Funds and letter of employment. After that they requested my CV which I submited in December. Now I am waiting again! :)

I am really sorry to hear this. I totally understand your situation. Just a little bit of patiance and I am sure you will get some positive news soon!

Hi Everyone I have good news Elhamdillullah (Thank God) my PR is approved finally. 22 months of wait time finally came to end. Just hang in there and be patient. You will get your PRs soon.
