245 days since IP.

I have a strong hunch that applicants who have been in Canada for 10+ years are facing more scrutiny than others since they have a lot more information on them than others? thus extending the timelines.
13 years in Canada here. I'm wondering that as well.

Great! It looks more and more like my test will be one of the 16 days when I am traveling in September... i have sent webform informing IRCC of those dates , but friends with similar experience told me it was useless , they got their test scheduled for exactly the date they were supposed to be out of town despite the webform ...

For those nearing the 12 month processing time, I suggest sending a webform query asking that they process your application. Sometimes officers might have forgotten and this might help speed up. At least it worked for me.

I was in process until July 25 and I became Canadian citizen on August 15, following the test on August 14.

So can you suggest what I have to write exactly. My application received 10 months ago, and been in process for 8 months now. Please let me know what should I write exactly and do you think 2 months away from the 12 months is enough to submit a webform. Thanks
