I NEED AN ADVISE WITH OBTAINING TRAVEL DOCUMENT OR CERTIFICATE OF IDENTITY.

Hello,

I am looking for any advise from anybody with a deep familiarity in obtaining Travel Document or Certificate of Identity for stateless person.
I have a huge problem communicating with Passport Canada. I was a refugee claimant from Israel and after rejection all my documents were sent back. I am a landed immigrant now. Need to travel to see my family. Submitted all necessary documents but they just keep asking for more and more.

Will appreciate any advise.

i am not clear what your issue is. your title suggests you do not current have a copy of your passport, yet you state all your documents were sent back to you, so which is it? did you renounce your israeli citizenship? if not, i don't understand how you are stateless? What document do you need, and what is CIC keep asking you for? kindly clarify what you are seeking help for...

Thank you for your reply. I will try to clarify. The issue is that i can not reclaim my citizenship because i made a claim against Israel as a refugee.
After my refugee claim was rejected all my documents including passport got send to Israel. After contacting Israeli embassy i realized that i got no chance to get my passport back other than flying back on "one way " travel document and applying from within. Now CIC is asking me for the official letter from Israelis to confirm that. Obviously they will never issue me anything like that because i committed a breach of loyalty to the country.
So i am trapped.
