How long does it take CPP-O to stamp PR visas?

For people who are abroad and do outland application, the requirement is around 11000$ for one person. Is it not the same for people who are in Canada as well? Did they ask you for your employment proof? Can you just share how much amount you had in your bank statement? Did they ask you how much funds you are carrying?

I took my paystubs and employment letter but they didnt look at it.
They just looked at my bank statements. I had around $22000 in bank.
I had around $150 in my wallet but they didnt ask me how much cash i m carrying.
On the other hand another a friend of mine who was travelling wid me had
$4500 in his bank statements and he is currently umemployed. He had no problems in
getting the pr.

Right now I'm even ok if they cancel my visa. Hell with it.. I just want my passport back. I have a very important trip next month.

Did anyone here hear they requested PP to cancel visa?
Do they like our PP too much so keep them for so long

If they had to reject our PR then they will never request passport .They will just send an email regarding the rejection.They are not supposed to charge 490$ fro visa printing.Even if they have to reject it wont take that long .There is something wrong i think they have misplaced them .Or the officer assigned is not doing his job .something is wrong .How long they can legally keep our passports?

Good question. We have 60 days to submit them. How many days they have to print them?
I assume they did not bother themselves to make such a kind rule.
I am going to send them email tonight asking this questin

I will send them an email also.They cant hold out passport's like this .I have never heard PR rejected after PPR request ..unless something went wrong during landing.I wish we could send an email to immigration minister?
