help. Passport requirement - lima Peru

please. A few days ago I received the mail for which I require the passport, I am asked to attach the letter and my passport.
Now I am out of lima and I want to send my sister to leave the requested. Does anyone know what other document I should send ?. By phone they tell me that the process is personal

Debes enviar tu pasaporte, la carta de invitacion como Residente y 2 fotos tipo carnet firmadas y con la fecha y dirección del photo Studio donde fueron tomadas. No dejes pasar el tiempo solo tienes 30 días para enviar la documentación sino todo el proceso se anula.

You must send your passport, the invitation letter as Resident and 2 signed photos with the date and address of the photo studio where they were taken. Hurry up, you only have 30 days to send the documentation if not the whole process will be cancelled.

Me confunde mucho el correo y vfs global Perú... el correo sólo dice adjuntar el correo y pasaporte... cuando llamo me dicen que debo adjuntar eso y una carta de consentimiento... en su pag web sale que para solicitudes iniciadas en línea... eso me confunde demasiado... tu has hecho el tramite mediante vfs global Perú?

Al final como hiciste? Me acaba de llegar un correo diciendo que tengo que enviar mi pasaporte con las fotos pero no me dice a donde (es decir no indican la direccion de destino).
