I applied on DEC 19th for Pre-assessment.Till now i haven't received anything from Alberta.I am using lawyer for this process.I am on H1 B and my NOC number is 2171.So any one could suggest weather i can speak directly with Alberta people as my lawyer is not providing any information about the situation of my application.I thank you if some one provide suggestion for my case.
Thanks & Regards
Manny said:My take based on shyli's file number receipt:
AINP is giving preference to folks who had their pre-assessment done. So if you have gone thru the pre-assessment process, you can expect your file to be treated on priority over others who sent forms under new process. Justified approach.
Best of luck to all...

So far we know the following are grounds for rejection:
1. Saying that you want to settle in say Toronto, other that AB.
2. Entering an NOC that does not jive with your H1-B job description.
