H1B - Alberta PNP File Number / Certificate Timeline

I sent my application along with Nomination by Alberta state under H1B category to centralized intake office Sydney nova scotia office. Its been more than 2 months now and I am still to hear anything from them. I was under the impression that I should get some file number from them. Did you guys receive any file number after submitting you application to centralized intake office Sydney nova scotia office ?

i was asked to provide 3 immigration photo of my Daugther shes a canada ciziten and i appiled for PR its been upto a year now... does that means im getting my PR soon or what
