-As far as I know, wala s'ya free assessment, may bayad talaga s'ya. And with regard sa documents na proof, 'yung school mo ang kailangang magsend nun sa WES sa US. Kailangan kasi sealed 'yun. Highest educational attainment lang ang kailangan so if college graduate ka, hindi mo na kailangan 'yung sa highschool.

Sana nakatulong. good luck!

Hello po, I am a newbie here and is planning to apply an Express Entry. I have been back-reading this thread and I find this/you guys very helpful. :)

I do hope na mabigyan nyo din po ako ng konting tips. hehe TIA!
I am 27 and is working on IT industry for almost 7years. Then, my elder sister is a PR in Calgary. I haven't assessed correctly ung CRS ko, since I am planning to the following pa lang.

1. Assess Education via WES
- I have started to create my profile. Also, pano ibinibigay ung supporting docs, scanned copy then attach sa application form lang? Or printed yung kailangan? Also, meron po bang free assessment from WES? Or may bayad talaga?

2. Take IELTS Exam
- Dito naman, I am planning to take pa lang. Nagsstart pa lang ako magbasa basa at konting review. Hopefully, maging maayos ang results. -crossed fingers-

Wala naman.. basta pwede ka magtransfer up to CAD50,000. You can also tranfer the money thru western union.

Ang plan ko kasi, as POF, ipresent ko yung wire transfered funds proof saka yung updated bank statements ko para di ko dadalahin lahat ng POF all at once.

Thanks @niafots ! Please do update us. I need guidance on this. Is there a minimum deposit/ opening balance for the startright program account? Please and thank you![/QUOTE

Me too! Looking at ways to have it set up now because I'm scared to travel with even the demand draft. Sige please, turuan mo kami when you successfully open the account. Please and thank you!

I'm saying you should make one so that it will allow you to apply to PNPs to add 600 points and get an ITA.
Thank you @bellaluna :)
Hmm. I was thinking if I should sign myself up to a consultant to assist me on my application.
Familiar po ba kayo with e-square management?
Or mas ok padin po sariling application?

Kami sa thread na yon, we recommend just doing it yourself because you can and no one knows your information more than yourself.

I went through OINP and currently going through preparation for eAPR all on my own.

According to the webinar "know before you go" sa prepareforcanada.com, pwede sya. I heard you'll get a statement of the wire transfer that you can show to the POE immigration officer.

I agree with @babyfreeverse 's reply. I did it on my own for me and my spouse and we got in by FSW-Outland. Saved a huge amount of money. I have a childhood friend who got there via OINP, a college buddy who went through MPNP. My sister's consultant, on the other hand, sent her documents for ECA to WES when her degree was doctor of medicine which clearly should have been sent to the Medical Council of Canada. Sheesh.

Hello mga kabayan, I just got a reply from CIC that my application (FSW-O) is now at the Manila VO. Is this an indication that I am at a certain (positive) stage? I've been on BG NA (2 or 3) since July, which prompted me to check which VO is already handling my case.
Thank you!

Then wait lang for confirmation.

Example, Software Engineer ako sa Accenture before, pero ang capability ko is Software Tester.

Ang nilagay ko padin is Software Engineer, tama ba yun? O_O

Thank you so much for clarifying also angelistamaria. Sobrang helpful talaga ng forum na 'to. Did not pursue na paghire ng consultant. Though really close na talaga. Desperate measures. >_<

Hello! (disclaimer agad. hehe I am no good with process ng EE, since nagsstart pa lang din ako. Pero I'll try to share something about this). Based sa description ng NOC, it should describe/match your main duties/responsibilities ng work mo. So I think, you should look for the corresponding NOC for Software Tester, since yun yung actual na work mo. For the 'Software Engineer' it is more of your level/position as you work with your company, e. Also, if you try to look at the main duties ng 'Software Tester' vs 'Software Engineer' sa list ng mga NOC magkaiba sila, so baka magkaron lang ng confusion dito.

Hope this helps. :)
