I think the March 2021 processing is for CEC applicants only. FSW and PNP applicants are still left in the cold unfortunately. I'm an FSW applicant who completed AOR last Sept 2020, and still no updates as well. The latest FSW application I've heard that has received a PPR, and located outside of Canada/US, non-PNP and non-CEC, has an AOR of March 2020.

I'm not sure if PNP is expected to take even longer. As far as I know, the processing seems to be same. There are some other PNP applicants who applied in April 2020, and getting PPR. No solid news yet for those applied in July 2020 or later, the time where they briefly resumed FSW draws.

Hi everyone, I know the thread has not been active but has anyone requested a Bank Certificate from BPI with a note indicating that the client/person has no outstanding debts or loans? I asked the Glorietta branch but they said that they don't issue bank certificates with this type of commentary. Anyone had the same experience?
