OR
a notification about a positive eligibility decision on your application from the Department of Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada,

AND
you are outside of Canada.

Note: Eligible clients include both the principal applicant and eligible dependents (spouse and adult dependents, 17 years old and above)

i'm an OINP applicant, still waiting on nomination. but i'm trying to plan ahead as far as documents that will be requested. question po...

- NBI clearance - eto rin ba yun police certificate that CIC/IRCCis asking about?
- Yung NBI clearance that is requested, dapat po ba within the last X month lang na-obtain? - i an working outside the PH, havent been back since Oct 2014 - can i request now assuming i wont be going back to the PH anytime soon?
- "visa canada" pa rin ba yun pipiliin na purpose for PR application?
- i checked NBI clearance ...there's a renew applicant option. can we use this option (renew) instead of the "new" (my last NBI certificate was issued Mar 2014 (valid until mar 2015)

Yes. You also have to get it in your current country and any other countries you've been in for more than 6 months.

There is actually no difference.

Thanks Bellaluna!!!! currently i'm in canada (via work permit), but if my understanding is correct.. i dont need to request for canadian police clearance? IRCC will have their own check as part of the BG check and will notify me if i need to apply for one?

Hi guys! Got an ITA for PR last night! Now Im filling out the application and have a question. Sa personal history section, yung travels, need ko ba ideclare even yung mga side trips. e.g we went to Sg then to Malaysia for 1 day or Indonesia for one day? Kasi makikita tatak sa passport? then ideclare ulit yung ret to singapore?
or pwedeng ilagay nlng date of entry then exit sa sg? Same with recent trip namin Sg to Phuket and back?

Hello everyone! Newbie here! I've decided to apply for EE on my own since Ive heard alot of negative feedbacks from different consultancy firms. I was able to finish na po yung IELTs and ECA and already in the process of making my Online Profile. May ilang questions lang po sana ako before I finalize and send my application;

1. I'' a graduate of BSN pero Ive been to different schools. My previous course was dentistry pero nagshift po ako ng nursing on my 3rd year. All in all 5 years ako sa college 2 years dentistry 3 years nursing.. during my ECA application, I only get 2 years diploma equivalent for my 5 years in college( i guess they didnt include my pre-dentistry course although nakareflect xa lahat ng subjects ko sa isang TOR lang, and it seems like they only counted my 3 years nursing education from My last school. Sa online application, should I only input my nursing education sa last school ko dahil yun ung BSN??

2. I've worked in KSA as a clinic dental nurse for 2 years, bur as I checked, iba ang NOC code nya sa Registered Nurses(3012). Ok lang po ba mgkaiba NOC or should I stick with my current profession as a Registered Nurse in PH for 3 years and 8 months and just disregard my Saudi experience.??

3. Ive been a staff nurse for 2 years then promoted as Nurse supervisor after.. should I remain with my current NOC code 3012?

To those who have received PPR, may deadline ba ang ang pagsubmit nang passport? If ever mag PPR before my travel kasi, baka wala akong passport sayang ticket hehe. 6 weeks pa naman yata ang turn around time nang pag process nang passport sa SGVO.

Hi everyone. Meron po ba nag-ppr dito lately or anyone na naka-experience na naka-one month na pero di pa available ung passport after sending sa vfs? Ilan ba max waiting time before makabalik passports? Thanks sa mga magrereply.

30 days, but you can ask to extend it to until after your travel, or you can also have your visa stamped in the country you are going to if you are staying there for more than 1 month.

Guys quick question po.
Medical of unaccompanying minors

Need po ba ng passport if magpapa medical ang unaccompanying minors sa St. Lukes and need po ba ng passport copy ng mga bata pag magse send ng documents sa CIC or pwede birth certificate lang?
My friend is gathering her docs for EE and wala pa pong passport mga kids nya sa pinas.
Wala po kase plan dalin ng Canada mga kids nya cause may plan to migrate sa New Zealand together with her in-laws.
