You have to print both the Visa Specific (Manila) checklist and CIO checklist and make them your cover page for your application ;D
hello aliyah yn sa CIO checklist do I still have to check yn #10 fee payment kht na un bank draft ay ksama na ng initial application sa nova scotia?? im about to submit my full docs to CEM this week, hope you could help me.

Please help, i just want to clarrify, I received my medical request, and planning to submit my RPRF and NBI on Friday ( August 6, 2010). At the bootom part of the Canadian Embassy's Letter, there's a box written quote " The information we have requested above must be provided to us within 60 days from the date of this letter. All the required application forms (IMM Forms) can be downloaded from the website of Citizenship and Immigration Canada at www.cic.gc.ca. Failure to provide the information within the time indicated may lead to the refusal of your application."

I just want to ask, is this a generic statement? Ang naka tick lang po kc sa akin is Medical, exam, nbi and RPRF payment fee? Then yung RPRF Fee ba na 490$ may form pa na i need to fill up. Or i will just send the bankdraft together wth the NBI?

Pls. help me po. Kindly shed light.

Thank you very much. God Bless you.

legal nman sya... sa canada ka na lang buy. sa US $39.99 (arnd 2K in peso) plus free first yr of service & succeeding yr is $20/yr. maraming store nagbebenta nun. sa walmart (meron din daw sa canada) online ko nabili & sent d other one sa pinas. Dali lang mag install & automatic na sya once insert mo USB sa pc w/ internet (DSL mas ok for reliable connection & signal). You will get your own canada phone no. and yung magicjack sa pinas pwede pa tawagan lahat ng US/Canada Nos unlimited (meron din own canada tel no. yun unit sa pinas). You need to pay $20/yr each line which is mura pa rin compare sa International rates offered by other mobile co.

Once you buy in canada you can send to pinas thru mail..i recommend envelope w/ bubbles which I also did.
