Hello po, I just got my 2nd AOR last week. Now its showing "Received by Visa Office". kayo po anong stage na? I think its stage 2.. back to the waiting game..

also in stage 2 waiting for the 2nd AOR...i just submitted the full docs last week.

This is in regards sa Background Declaration na form. Yung sa Personal History. Gaano ka detail ilalagay?

Example ko: Since starting from the age of 18, so at that time, nagaaral pa ako college.

Dapat ba like:
- May 2001 - April 2002 : 2nd year college
- April 2002 - May 2002 : Summer Vacation

or, pwede na diretso nalang? Like May 2001 - April 2004: Studied college.

Please advice..

Ang tagal nga ng return ng passort mo kasi nauna ka pa sa akin dapat. Pero in my case, alam kasi ng embassy na paalis na ako kaya binalik nila agad ang sa akin. did u try to send email? Baka natabunan na ang passport mo. Good luck.

nars try mo lang maginquire ulit sa Manila CEM about your passport or call LBC and verify baka naman naforward na sa kanila

Ask ko lang po regarding sa pag calculate ng points for work experience. Sa submitted application ko po and qualifying NOC ko po ay 7215 (General Supervisor for carpentry). Civil Engineer po ako, Ung 7125 NOc ko ay 1 year and 3 months lang po jan sa pilipinas. after that from 2004 to present dito ko sa dubai working as Structural Engineer(NOC 2131-which is not inluded in 38NOCs) for 6 years. Ilang points po ba makukuha ko. 15 points po lang ba? or 21 points? Kinukuha lang po ba nila ung points sa NOC na included sa 38 ministrial requirement, Alhough ung Structural Engineer (2131) is under Skill Level A.

I would like to hear an opinion, I am submitting my application probably this month and I have almost all documents needed including the NSO copy of the birth certificate of my kids, their just 3 months old. Is it okay to submit my application even if they dont have any passport yet? our DFA system now sucks, coz unlike with the old system, even if youre falling a long line at least you can have a passport after ten days for rush and 20 days for regular. Not like with the new system, you have to wait for your schedule to go to DFA and right now their schedule is september 14 2010..so thats very long already, given the fact that we are all rushing to make the 1000 applicant per NOC.

Hi Carl128, its best to have everything with you when you submit the application kasi they have a different process now. You have to submit everything to NS CIO, unlike before na passport photocopy lang ng principal applicant and forms ang isusubmit tapos you will submit all supporting docs to your visa office.

same din kasi sa akin, 2 NOC, pero yung isang NOC ko with madaming experience is skill level A pero hindi included sa 29 ..tapos current job ko naman ngayon yung NOC na included a 29 and 38 priority list

so far waiting for medical na ako.. heheh

I have question I applied thru an agent, we recently submitted our full doc last week I just found out na mali pala ibang details na nailagay ng agent like for example sa passport no. ko, old passport no. ang nailagay ung green passport pa ito, then ung work history mali din ung dates hindi bangga sa mga certificate of employment ko,,,, What shall I do? malaking problema ito, pwede ba mahabol pa uli and ma update ung maling mga info? Thank you guys! I really need an advise.

kat-kat its better na magsend ka ng explanation letter sa visa office kung hindi consistent ang mga information and dates. Kasi ito ang nagca-cause ng delay.

I-explain mo sa letter na the application was filed by your agent and they provided the wrong information and that you are writing this letter to advise them na ngaun mo lang nalaman ito.

make the necessary correction sa form, make an explanation letter and send it immediately by fax para mabilis makarating, then send the original form and explanation letter via courier or if dito ka lang sa manila sa dropbox. para less delay.

good day!landed today in vancouver.experienced nice and smooth flight...di ko lang type food sa plane.the people in the airport were so nice and helpful as well.medyo mahaba line sa receiving ng immigration kasi madami kasabay sa mga new immigrants.wasnt asked too much questions...just how much is your money, what currency, tapos whos with you, tiningnan mukha ko at tiningnan ko din sya kasi ang GUAPO nya....he,he,he tapos yun na ang interview sa kin.past 5pm kami nakalabas nga lang kasi we lost a luggage napapapunta sa las vegas padadala na lang daw dito sa house.we went around sa downtown cool ang weather para sa kin pero para sa kanila mainit daw, e bagong salta lola nyo pero kyeme habang naglalakad para di obivous na bago...tom we are plannign to get our SIN.sige balitaaan ko na lang kayo dyan....nakikisagap lang ako signal dito sa labas kasi di pa ayos line sa house.
