Good day po sa lahat.

I am based in Dubai at by November or early December this year, I will be landing in Canada, preferably, Toronto. Ask ko lang po sana kung merong member dito sa forum na pwede makatulong or willing mag-share ng accomodation. May kaibigan ako sa Toronto pero naghahanap pa din ako ng mga choices or options when it comes to accomodation.

Hi Rose, have you not receive a ltter from the embassy asking if you are still interested to continue with your application? two of my friends who applied in 2005 received letters in 2009 and they replied na interested pa sila... may mga additional docs at updated bank certs and employment certs na hiningi as well as IELTS, tapos pinag medical na sila... they got their visas in December of that year . 3 months nga lang validity non so kahit di pa sila ready they had to fly out to Canada in March 2010

Yung diploma ko kasi is hiwalay ang tagalog at english translation. Yung tagalog ang pina main diploma written in gothic letter, pang-diplomang papel talaga. Tapos may second page translation in English sya, typewritten lang at signed by authorized school officials like sa diploma ko. Photocopied these pages as requirements and have it notarized. Need ko pa bang pagawan ng translation yung diploma ko sa isang certified tagalog translator or OK lang yung previous na ginawa ko (notarized copy na lang nung attached translation)?

allowed. as long as its packed properly and checked in. umbrellas are also allowed as long as they're checked in. liquids more than 10ml i think should be checked in too. get in touch with your local airline for more details.

cash (2k depending on settlement needs) & bankdraft for the rest of the funds. Its much safer although bank draft has addl costs for the dst & other fees.

Hi to all. Just like to confirm because I'm based in KSA and my family decided finally to start the process of migrating to Canada and a couple of questions to help us get started:

1. Since we're in KSA, is it better to use the London office for processing or Manila office?
2. Can anyone enlighten us which is better, to apply personally or use the services of an agency or consultant?
