maharlika, i asked my agent and she said majority do get their medical request after 45 days but some get theirs in 2 mos.. so that's really between 30-60 days. i think i've seen someone postd the same thing But i think u should contact them after 45 days because it they said in their letter that u should contact them if no updates from them in 45 days..

ya..you're correct jud...but ds time it seems that it goes slow since three weeks had past already and i do not have any update yet from them.. perhaps it wud be better if i will email them, what do you think? The correspondence i received advised that i should contact them with in 45 days from receipt of the AOR but this will be until March 17, 2010..maybe ill wait till next tuesday..

anybody here who is ahead could share their thoughts too? am glad to hear suggestions, tnx..

i'm still waiting for my PPR...hopefully it'll arrive anytime soon, say, this week? haha...waiting in vain talaga ko.

since you underwent medical already, just want to ask if it is true that previous immunization record is required and all lacking vaccines will be given by the doctor at the time of medical exam?

i'm not really sure, but my friend was asked to present medical certificate for her baby.
ang alam ko required yun immunization record, pero i'm not sure kung sila ang magtutuloy ng vaccination.

hi maharlika! i plan to settle in saskatchewan for few years cguro... it will all depend nalang if i will like it there or not, hehe.. pero dun kami magla-land. Saan ka?? And char, saan karin?

just want to share pala na i submitted my full docs to my agent/consultant today but since there was a change in my present position, they returned one of my JDs and required me to attach an affidavit daw. grrr.. so delay ulit! Im just worried because they said it will cause problem.. at the time i was filed pala in Canada (CIO?) i was already in my current position which is 1 rank higher than my declared position.. Ang bilis ng pag change, e. i didn't tell my agent because i thought i will tell them about the changes during the updates (120 days) na. and actually, i thought i was filed 1 week before i was promoted pero hindi pala.. turned out i was filed almost 2 weeks after i was promoted..do u guys think this is a major prob?

Hi all, for those PR applicants with the Manila Visa office, what is the right expectation?

They've just responded to my e-mail that they've mailed the medical request and RPRF last Feb23. Mailing here in Cebu is a hell, so I'll expect that at the end of the month or early next month.

ang dami kong questions:

- how many days do they require for us to do the medical?

- will the doctor be the one to submit the medical results?

- how do we send the RPRF fee? are we going to FedEx/DHL it ourselves?

- they've requested for my wife's FBI clearance and Japan police clearance and we've just processed that this week, expecting that in 3 months pa. So how do you think I will send it to them?

- Passport request: are they going to send it via e-mail? or post mail?

- Is there a possibility to ask them to send the PPR through DHL/FedEx even if we will be the one to pay for the courier fee? (provide them a self-addressed envelope)

- What is the current timeline now when sending medicals to receiving PPR?

di ako nag pass ng use of representative form sa kanila at di rin ako nag check sa checklist. kaya po nag tataka lang me y would they tell me na what i had submitted is not authorized representative? I am planning to pass my document again this march pero, baka sakali meh makatulong sakin with regards sa case ko toh. should i make a letter indicating na wala ako agency/consultant na gamit or should i use na lang un sister ko sa canada as my representative?
