hello! yup, nakalagay na we started processing....then yung date. cge lang, i know the waiting can be very agonizing but it will all pay off in the end. God bless!

Ask ko lang po, received a lette2 by snail male today, ito na po ba ung 2nd AOR, ibig po ba sabihin nito pasado na ko sa 67 mark, but sa letter may nakasulat po na

" Before your application can be placed in processing a further determination will be made as to whether or not you are eligible. If your application is not eligible for processing you will receive a letter informing you of the reason for the decision as well as a refund"

Is this mean na di pa nila na calculate ang score ko?

by initial assesment ng docs na-sent mo, most likely pasado kana nun. kaya lng a further assement mg ating application will be done sa VO kung saan ka na VO nag-apply. Once everything is in place, malalaman mo kung okay ang assessment kapag nag In-process ka sa E-cas status mo. sa In-process dito na magsisimula ng background checking, security checks, and health checks...

Then entered the right one in the places where I lived in. Though both are in California, I hope everything will be well.

relax my friend...there's nothing much you can do about it...just wait for them to ask for clarifications...if they will notice your minor discrepancy...only then you can send clarifications....most likely they will start checking on this minor item at the background checks period, and not on the initial assessments.

hi everyone, please help me sure na po ba pag may medical request na kmi tapos po may pina fill up ulit nila sa amin yung form IMM008. kasi po dun sa unang form namin di namin masyado na intindihan ang question #9 di namin nalagay na nag apply nako work 2yrs ago at na denied ako. eto po sabi sa letter nila. " We Have completed an initial review of your application for Permanent residence in Canada., and we now require the following information/documents in order to continue processing your application:

* Completed IMM008 Schedule 1 for you and your spouse( with question #9 properly completed to reflects spouse's previous refused application).

Kasama po pinadala sa letter na yan yung medical request namin. Pag ganun po ba may chance pa na i deny kmi after ng medical. kc po sobrang naguguluhan na kmi sa sitwasyon ngayon namin. Kasi may offer po kmi sa new zealand at dapat aalis na kmi next month. kaso biglang dumating ang request for medical namin sa canada. canada talaga priority namin kaso kinakabahan po ako na baka di namin tinangap ang new zealand tapos i deny kami ng canada. please help us po. thanks

pag nagmedical na medyo maliwanag na yung visa...kaya lng meron paring mga nadeny ng visa dahil siguro for security reasons, at tsaka sa result ng medicals...after medicals magaantay pa tayo ng at least 3-6 months para sa stamping ng visa...maswerte na kung 1-2 months may PPR na agad...nonetheless hindi na tatagal ng 1 year yan pra makuha ang visa natin...ngayon, i suggest na kumpletuhin nyo pa rin yung medicals nyo at yung additional docs kung meron man sa VO, as you have said mas priority nyo ang Canada...ang sayang ang mga pinambayad nyo na sa applications...yung brother ko kasi noon na-approved din sila sa australia and Canada on the same year parehas nilang pinuntahan yung dalawang bansa but they saw na mas-okay sa canada kaya they choose to stay there. So if you have some extra money, pwede nyo rin try muna sa new zealand....kumpletuhin nyo lng muna ang landing nyo doon, just to have a feel ng place...

thanks reynold. =) ang offer kasi sa asawa ko sa new zealand is may work nya sya dun for 1 year. ok lang ba mag email kami sa manila Visa ofc na punta kmi new zealand at dun na kmi kontakin for further requirements at i transfer narin namin ang showmoney namin dun. di ba makakapekto sa application namin yun? tsaka yung company nya dito iba na sa company nya sa new zealand pero same job and duties din naman. maganda din kc ang offer sa amin sa new zealand. pero may option naman kmi mag stay dun for 1 to 2 yrs. pls help us. thank you.

AH ok ganun naman pla may job offer na sa NZL...you can actually leave for new zealand and just inform VO about your change in address and new job in NZL. regading sa bank account, you can withdraw it but just dont close the account kasi yun na yung info na binigay nyo na nagdeposit kayo....kasi dati merong case na kung saaan na-close yung account nya... na-deny sya kasi sabi fraud daw yung info...so just to be same...wag nyo lng i-close...then at a later stage, kapag humingi sila ng Proof of Fund again, send mo pa rin yung account sa pinas plus yung savings nyo sa NZL... gawin nyo na rin yungmedicals ny kasi next month na alis nyo diba to NZL baka kasi may additional meds edi magawa nyo na bago pa kayo maka-alis...ang and visa for Canada is valis for one-year based on the date of your medical exam. tanong ko lng...sino ba principal applicant nyo for Canada? kasi kung ang husband mo ang principal applicant, medyo mahihitrap kayo sa transfer nyan kasi nga magkakaroon kayo ng contract with NZL employer...nonethelsess maganda pa rin na may work na kaagad pag lipat tulad ng sa ZL ofer sa inyo. mahirap in daw maghananp ng work sa canada.

most probably after they receive your medical results they will ask for clarification regarding the discrepancy in your answers. same thing happened to me. it's about the length of time that I stayed in the US.

hi reynold, yung asawa ko principal applicant. 1 year lang naman contract nya sa New Zealand. ang problema kasi namin kaya nagdadalawang isip kami sa New Zealand kasi ala kmi kakilala dun at Kamag anak. sa Canada Kasi andun yung kapatid ko at mga kamag anak namin. sobrang naguguluhan na talaga kmi. bka kc pag di namin tinuloy sa New Zealand tapos i deny naman kmi ng Canada. Tsaka yung sa work offer nga sa kanya kaya naghihinayang din kami. thank you.

Hi Carby, thank you for your reply on this. Where you called for an interview? What kind of questions did they ask? I worked in the US for a year and HIB was not processed in my case. I decided to come back home. thanks again
