1 spouse- $ 0 payment (since hubby will not accompany us; he's included in my application
signed a non-accompanying declaration)
2 kids below 18 - $300 (combined; 150 each)

i submitted my TOR to CIO and not VO Manila. What do you mean "naka-address". i submitted a certified true copy of my TOR directly to the CIO together with other documents.

your TOR should be with your other documents. it is not necessary for your school to forward it to the visa office.

my hubby is included in my application but i let him sign a non-accompanying parent to spare us of another $550 in case my application gets rejected. If my application, if God permits, gets approved my next plan is to submit a statutory affidavit to the VO stating the change, that is, my husband is now willing to accompany us to Canada and pay the required $550 application fee in addition to the $850 application fee previously paid. Is this plan viable? Pls. reply

Thanks for your thoughts sau2calgary.....

Now if I only knew in what form does the Manila Office accept the processing fee payment.
The letter I received did not specify if it should be in manager's cheque or the likes.

Regards,

Richman

My pieces of advice is.. go ahead and do the medicals. Base on the CIC guidelines inform the VO about your newborn child.

Definitely your timeline will be based on the last member who had a medical.

Guys, im sorry, i don't know how to put our timeline.
Here's from the CIC website and I've added the medical timeline, hope this helps. :D ;D ;)

We received your application for permanent residence on November 5, 2009.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on January 12, 2010.
We transferred your application to the Manila office on January 19, 2010.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on July 14, 2010.
Med's Request: July 28, 2010
Med's done: Aug 25, 2010
Med's Submitted: Sept. 8, 2010
Passport Req: October 13, 2010

Mejo matagal kami bago nagpamedical because I waited for my period to clear-off as advised by our consultant. Suggestion din sa mga magpapamedical, mga 2 weeks after ng last period kayo magpamedical para wala tlgang makita na kahit ano sa urinalysis.:D ;D ;)

you need not to change your married name sa mga school documents mo. mas matatagalan ka pa nyan. your marriage certificate
is enough of a proof. i did not change my surname when i got married. my passport even bears my birth name and that is legal.

i asked one consultant before if a company does not have a seal and they said just a business letter head will do. hindi namn kasi uso sa pinas yong seal.

thanks crissy.. how about po dun regarding sa baby.. thanks po :)

Hello fellow pinoys !!!I'm new here in the forum...I'm a June applicant and i've just received my AOR this Oct 7...Can anyone advise on the visa office instructions re: TOR and diploma?(kailangan ko pa bang dalhin ung docs ko sa ched and dfa for authentication?(red ribbon ba tawag dun?)

And another thing, do i need to fill up forms like IM008, Schedule 1:background declaration, additional family information and schedule 3: economic classes (FSW) with the newly revised forms from the website? or just submit the photocopied forms submitted previously to CIO-Nova Scotia?

Thanks and God bless!
