jho, we had our pictures taken from a professional studio but they also used a digital camera and the embassy accepted it. hope that helps

i agree with imbubbles.... jho pls ask the studio if they had a client who requested the same specifications as the ones requested by the VO. if not, just give them the copy. most professional photographers know what to do with pictures for immigration so u dnt have to worry. and yes, we had our shots taken using a digital cam....

thanks a lot peanuts! u could just imagine the funny faces of photographers when i asked them to do my photo id on film.. anyhow, i could go back and tell them it's ok to proceed with digital.. good thing i've found this forum, this is such a relief..u and imbubbles are really of great help.

hahaha ;D actually had the same experience with u when we visited the studio where we had our photos taken. i asked the photographer to have it on film, he looked at me confused. ??? good that i mentioned twas for canadian immigration, he assured me digital cam was just ok.

i feel the same thing jho. so thankful for this forum too. good luck on ur application....

Ask ko lang sana im Single and wants to apply for FSW dun sa new rules after June 26, ask ko lang kung need pa ba ng CENOMAR-Certificate of No Marriage kasi dun sa bagong list ng checklist ng Manila Visa Office hindi naman naka specify na kung single ka need mag submit ng CENOMAR??? pa guide naman sana ako. salamat.

Para sure, bigay ka nalang ng cenomar. Wala nakasabi sa checklist, but, meh konting mention about cenomar, not specifically asking for it though.

It's in a note on section 2. It says something like "birth, marriage, death and no record of previous marriage certificates must be issue by NSO". So baka kailangan na. Ang previous version nung checklist ng manila, wala kasi ganun.

since kukuha ka ng birth certificate sa NSO isabay mo na cenomar.. before June 26 "for all cases" required ang cenomar; i suggest na be on the safe side submit kahit di naka specify for single.. kung kulang docs ang laking delay sa application; goodluck

Mine was charged Sept 7. As of now, wala pa meh nakatangap ng aor. waiting pa din lahat dun sa kabilang thread.
