Para sa mga nasa Dubai/UAE ngayon:

*Certified True Copy of docs - kung nasa inyo ang original pwede daw sa Ministry of Foreign Affairs
(not sure if gagana link below, if not google nyo na lang po or copy paste nyo sa browser nyo. Reminder: Please call first to make sure na yung docs na ipapa-certify nyo eh pwede nila gawin pra d masayang byahe nyo kung sakali. Ang tawag pala nila dito ay ATTESTATION)

http://www.dubai.ae/en.portal?topic,Article_000811,1,&_nfpb=true&_pageLabel=home

Goodluck to all!

hello everyone!
ask ko lng ndi b pwede yung car or land title ang gamitin as a POF kahit ibenta mo para maging pera?

sa website nila kc ganito:

SETTLEMENT FUNDS
Refer to the "Proof of Funds" section of our website for exact figures and
instructions.
Provide proof of unencumbered and readily transferable funds in a convertible
currency available for settlement in Canada (for you and your family members
whether accompanying or not):
• current bank certification letter showing evidence of savings balance;
• evidence of fixed or time deposit statements; or
• evidence of any other assets.
If applicable, submit proof of ownership (by you and/or your spouse or common-law
partner) and an official statement of valuation for all assets such as:
• house, apartment;
• automobile; or
• land.
Personal Net Worth:
Complete and sign the “Personal net worth Statement” form (at the end of
appendix A). All assets and liabilities, whether located in your country of residence
or elsewhere, should be identified. However, do not include personal items such as
jewellery, furniture, etc. All assets listed must be your own personal holdings and
must be documented.

Thank you! plz anyone answer this

PAMAZANA

hi...if your really planning to sell car, mas ok yun kasi cold cash na talaga. pero ang intindi ko sa POF pwede cash + assets. yun din kasu sinabi ng agency ko, but some say otherwise. dapat daw cash talaga.

i hope somebody who was been approved of whom who has the same case would be able to read this and would share some thoughts. :D

congrats hjk!my status changed to in process last august 31. sept 4, i received a letter with the medical request(however without the forms kc i have to submit pix muna which i have done) plus rprf. it is indicated in the letter na i should complete the requirements within 60 days from the date of the letter which is august 27. so yung counting ng 60 days starts from the date of the mr.i hope this helps!

hi dgm and pamazana, we applied last year and showed land and car as part of our POF and got approved. i am just not sure if it still applicable now :)

Imbubbles,

Wala pa din ba Visa mo? We sent our passports last August 07 but no news yet and my e-cas is still in process. Please let us know if you received your visa already. God bless.

My honest opinion, i dont think they will really get into checking the POF. In my case ive included a companys stock option, estinated how much it is and it worked for me.

One of my theories too is the COE. Me and my wife combined gets more than 1.3M annually, both managers with no kids, just bills :)

Point is... Will your combined income less household be convincing that you own a car/land? Or even when borrowing money from friends/family?

ISYSY and NZ2CA

thanks so much for sharing your experiences. the POF had been the cause of my anxiety since we lodged our papers. i hope everything ends well. kasama na kasi kami sa post-june 26 applicants. ISYSY, so not all you POF for both of you were in cash? pareho kasi kmi case ni NZ2CA na kapos sa cash pero may other declared assets.

ISYSY

hi. thanks talaga for replying. with regards to your question about our income, i didnt declare that we have a car bcoz its encumbered. so based sa salary we've presented, established nman we're making more than enough. sana po lang swertehin din kami kagaya po niyo. :D

by the way po, may bearing ba yun place na spinecify po kung san balak pumunta sa canada? we wrote down toronto, sabi ng iba mahirap daw maapprove kapag big cities ang isinulat na pupuntahan. :(

I went to the embassy to update my record last Sept 1. My birthday is incorrect when checking my e-cas. Upon checking my e-cas now, updated na ang birthday ko pero my status is still IN PROCESS.

Since na-update ang birthday ko, keeping my fingers crossed na sana next in line to process ang papers ko.. been waiting since 2005
