do you still have lumps on your breast? if wala na then there's no reason for you to disclose it kase hindi ka naman i-uultasound so there's no way malalaman nila yan unless nga sabihin mo sa kanila. if you disclose it they may require you to undergo different test.

Thanks for your reply, shedb. Actually, i really can't feel the lumps, even before that ultrasound. It was just that my OB wanted to be sure and required further imaging, i.e., the ultrasound, since my mammogram screening showed a mass-like structure and my breasts are somewhat dense in the mammo.

i agree, you don't have to disclose about your mammo result... leave it to the doctor, if may makapa syang lumps then it's her discretion to ask you for additional test/s... God bless sa medical... stay healthy

i agree. Wla naman ata findings diba? They said its common and its almost normal so no need to tell the DMP about it. Hayaan mo sila makadiscover. I had UTI pero d ko sinabi.. then sa U/a ko clear naman, I believe may history si hubby ng kidney stones nung college xa.. we didn't tell them..then sa exam, lahat normal

hi to all, i've had my first application in FSW Economic Class on october 30. 2007 and received letter by mail on may 12, 2008 stating acknowledgement of receipt and that at present time there is a queue of application in this category and no processing will occur on my file for apporx. 48 months. I waited until the new category opened. I've withdrawn my first application and applied for the FSW1 NOC 0631 on April 15, 2010. Acknowledgement of application received by email on June 30, 2010 asking me to submit full documents w/in 120 days. I am under CIC & will be submitting my docs-originals for review w/ my IELTS result as requested by CIC.

reyes888, wala naman siguro kasi wala naman akong na receive na requests for additional tests. I made already 2 follow up letters and both were answered na under review pa daw application namin. I am so desperate in waiting for 6 months already since my medical.

Ano po kaya ang nangyari sa application namin? Anybody who can comfort me?

hi,

i applied for PR for FSW last February 2010. i received a letter last week saying that my application was NOT ELIGIBLE for processing due to:

a) the immigration officer was not satisfied that i had the minimum of 1 year continuous full time/equivalent part time paid work experience;
b) the immigration officer stated that i have not provided sufficient evidence that the required work experience did no meet the requirements of the Ministerial Instructions.


i already had 4 years part time experience as college instructor; last february 2010, i only had 8 months experience as FULL TIME college instructor. as of this month, i have already over a year of FULL TIME work experience.

i wish to make an appeal. how do i do so?

I am sorry for the rejection.

How many teaching units did you have in each semester during the part-time teaching period?

You may try sending them a detailed experience letter stating the number of units you held each semester and the corresponding teaching hours per week. Politely ask them too to explain how many months did they consider as part of your work experience and their gauge for full-time-equivalent as you could not understand why you were not able to attain the minimum one-year requirement.

For your second point, how was your work experience detailed by your employer?

I also wonder the reason for your rejection. Please act ASAP because 4131 is no longer in the 29 new occupations so filing a new application is NOT applicable.

I am under 4131 too although i've been a full time instructor for more than 4 years now. Please let me know their reply. God bless. Have faith. Everything will be fine.

PS: I tried reading your other posts and it seems you have more issues. You submitted initially to Manila then they returned your package after 3 days. This same package containing your orig documents was submitted to CIO, right? CIO then made their initial assessment and instructed you to forward full docs to Manila. I assume CIO did not return "as yet" your orig docs so you submitted new set of orig docs to Manila, did I assume it right? Please give us more details and your application timelines so we could give better opinion. Thanks and all the best for you.

Ask ko lang, 2007 pa ung Red Ribbon ng husband ko from CHED, me apply kasi sana sya before di natuloy. Puede ba yon na lang submit nya, or to be sure yung certified true copy from the school na lang pasa nya? He's the principal applicant. Kailangan pa rin ba police clearance bukod sa NBI? Thanks
