hi leigh anne.. thanks for the advice.. pero all my listed jobs naman pertain to a single NOC..
ok lng kaya yung dating format pa din submit ko? wala naman changes except yung sa part ng form regarding language.. kasi before I checked "No" dun sa kung nag-take ako ng language proficiency test (since I just planned to just submit before a written submission) pero i decided to take the IELTS nalang para sure. kaya kung may iuupdate man ako e yung portion lng na yun sa IELTS.

if that's the case i think there will be no issue if you use the old or new form since may 1st AOR ka naman na, but i suggest use the new one na lang since yun ang updated form... God bless in your application

yup. may form din na kailangan i-accomplish to declare the amount exceeding 10k usd before departing philippines.

What about the bank draft kailangan din ba ideclare sa NAIA or yung Cash lang na exceeding 10th USD dapat ideclare?

yup, kailangan din i-declare. ang nakasulat kasi sa form "Foreign currency and other foreign-currency denominated monetary instruments"

pwede maglabas more than 10k dollars pag immigrant ka, u just have to declare it. i carried 17k u.s., nagdeclare lang ako... mississauga din ako... still looking for a job... 1am na ha...

yes kiko pwede.basta ideclare lang. where ka sa mississauga? dundas cawthra ako.nag cno ka na ba?hows ur job hunting?may kapitbahay ako nursing home, dami pa students, no vacancies. sana pag nagopen na classes makasingit ako.

I requested thursday last week..So hopefully I'd be able to send it sa consultancy on Monday..I'm still hopefull makakahabol ako sa 1000 (20000) na cap..

I just want to ask if its ok not to use the new schedule 3 form? I didnt use the new form, i sent the one that i sent to cio and my status for 3 weeks next week is still recieved by visa office...thanks...

We received our first AOR last May 3, we printed out immediately the visa office requirements. We are planning to submit our full documents this 3rd week of August kaya nakaka tense na! But when I open yesterday to print again the form there are changes in the requirements.
I’m confused, ano ang sundin namin requirements the old or the new form?
Some of the changes are:
1) The CENOMAR are not included anymore.
2) Transcript of record – submit only certified true copy. (while on the old form original with sealed envelop)
3) Diploma – copy only (meaning Xerox only?)
4) Proof of fund – no need na record for the past year
5) Relative in Canada – proof of billing …… and others
Anybody na ka timeline ko naka received ng first AOR, ano form sinunod nyo?
Another question , magkahiwalay ang bank account ng proof of fund naming sa savings account. Bale 2 bank submit namin. Sa savings account, more or less magkano ba dapat naka deposit para di sila duda sa financial capability mo?

kamusta na yung mga forumers dito? bubbles, nag pa book ka na ba nang ticket? i am still awaiting for my visa. Na mail ko yung passport ko last july 23 so i guess natanggap nang CEM noong july 25 (monday). Hopefully sana by end of this month mayroon na akong visa.

Dapat ba talagang ehh declare yung cash and demand draft na ehh carry especially dito sa pilipinas? Yung tentative na alis ko is on sept 27 or 17. There are so many things to prepare for like packing up things, buying some medicines in case of emergency, yung ticket, yung mga documents like birth certifice and resume for job huning . To think about it .. naka stress out.

when yung alis mo ? Napadala mo na bang yung passport mo sa CEM? any ideas anyone kung ilang weeks na release yung passport with visa after submission sa CEM

Hi Rene,

Same here. I think the new Schedule 3 was updated after we have submitted our forms because I submitted my full docs after yours (July 13) and I think I checked the website for any changes in the forms but the active Sched 3 was the one containing no order of preferences.

Are you qualified in more that one NOC, too? If we need the updated form, it may be part of the forms that will go with the request for medicals we'll receive in 90 days so don't worry much.

Meldz, try santraphael.com meron sila for 1st time immigrants until Dec, grab mo un if wala ka pang ticket. I am not sure kelan pero sabi ng agent ko huwag muna ako pa-book hanggang wala pa ung visa, kasi puwde 15-60 days daw un, i don't know... pero you can follow up if nagmamadali ka na. As for me, January pa ako aalis.. target ko january 8 or 18 naman kasi dito pa ako mag Christmas. Pm mo sakin FB mo, hope we can keep in contact para pag andun baka puwede tau meet up Ang dami ko parin kailangan isecure, like iyong employment certificates kasi asa embassy lahat baka hindi ibalik.. pati iyong caregiver certificate ko kuha ako extra copy. Although nurse ako, kumuha ako caregiver cert para puwede work kahit saan.

Need mo lang ideclare kung more than $10K dala mo.. pero if its anything lesser than that, kahit huwag na...
