I forgot to update.

Manila Embassy has received all my application on June 30, 2010 and for those who are wondering if its possible for nurses to be eligible to take the exam in Ontario, Canada, I just received an email from them, after sending my equivalency table last May that I can take the exam.

No bridging time? how did you do it? tnx

Yup Nationwide - Makati! Be there early para maaga karin matapos... pababain ang BP if ever mataas before the actual med. exam. Good Luck!

hi ms hailo... and to anyone who can answer... question lang po... when you submitted full docs sa canadian embassy, ung forms po ba na sinubmit niyo ( IMM0008, IMM5406, etc) are photocopies of the one you sent sa CIO or did you fill up the forms again?... thanks

In our application, nag fill out kami ng forms ulet.

yes nars, mag eexam na yang si bonsai... may experience sya that met the requirements of CNO, and alam ko, nag appeal yan si bonsai..

i did our medicals at st. luke's... i don't know kung ok sa national or whatever... same lang naman yung fee nila... we spent like half day sa st. lukes... they're all standard so you just pick the one that is closest to your place..

ako na sasagot bonsai, as far as i can remember, sinabihan si bonsai ng CNO na mag bridging program then he appealed and told the CNO about his experience (ang alam ko US territory yung experience ni bonsai)... then the CNO considered his case...

Meh tanong pa pala ako.. sorry. alam ko nasagot na ako neto, thanks to aliyah, apache and nz2ca.

Nagsimula na ako magfill up ng form, tapos meh naisip ako gusto kong itanong. Apologies kung medyo makulet. Just wanted to make sure i do it right the first time may quota na kasi..

Well, here goes..

referring sa work experience (section 11) sa Schedule 3 form:
- Pwede ba overlapping dates dito?
- Saan dapat ang focus dito? date, company or NOC number?
- for date: dapat walang overlapping na dates. kung more than 1 company sa span of time (like 2-3 companies ka working at the same time), ipagsama lahat, tapos put a generic occupation nalang. Kahit parehas na NOC lahat, hiwalay by dates.
- for company: ok lang overlapping dates, basta ihiwalay isa isa per company. kahit parehas pa na NOC, hiwalay sya. dapat per company.
- for NOC number: pwede mo join lang ng employment period mo, basta under one NOC sya.

ano ba dapat focus dito na section? please advice...

Wow buti ka pa. Nagpa assess ako sa CRNBC, submitted my forms last March pa. Kung hindi ko sila in-email, they will not even acknowledge that they have received my forms. Nag charge na kasi sa credit card eh wala man lang acknowledgement. Until now wala pang update.

When do you plan to go to Canada? After when ka nag-email and how long do they respond? My wife just sent her assessment this week and PRC and school part by next week?
Gumamit ka ba ng BC address or dito sa Pinas? Plano kasi namin mag-land by October hoping that the elgibility will come by that time.

I got my medical notice na yesterday how about yours? I need to go home to Philippines para makapag pa medical kaso di pa approve leave ko.

May idea ka ba magkano ang Medical exam fee sa Makati / Manila?

I think sa company dapat ang focus kahit same NOC lang. Kasi i-vavalidate yun ng Visa Office sa COE na isusubmit mo. Ok naman ata kung overlapping ang dates basta magmatch dapat sa COE mo.
