Kami po na taga middle east nag apply, kailangan pa rin ba namin mag PDOS pag ang point of departure namin is Pinas? may kailangan pa bang mga papers e process sa POEA at owa?

I think kailangan ang PDOS kung dito ang departure mo. Kapag immigrant visa kasi, kailangan na may sticker sa passport from Commission on Filipinos Overseas (the one conducting PDOS) before ka makaalis. Sa pagkakaalam ko, la naman required na iprocess sa POEA or OWWA kung immigrant visa ang hawak mo.

Hi I am not sure if applicable pa sya ha, kasi during our time one of the requirements by the manila VO is to submit a CENOMAR even if we are married.
So aside from submitting our marriage cert nag submit pa kami ng CENOMAR kasi nasa requirement nila yun dati.

Its a way for them to check kung may previous marriage ka aside from your current one. May question dun sa IMM form about previous marriage if you say yes, the CENOMAR will contain the information of the two marriages and if you say no it will support naman na isa lang talaga ang nakaregister na marriage mo sa NSO.

Ito kasi ang nakalagay sa checklist dati ng manila CEM:

"• Provide birth certificates, baptismal certificates or other official document confirming relationship (including all pages of Household Registries) for you and each of your family members. In all cases, you must provide a Certificate of No Record of Previous Marriage.
• If you are married, you must include a marriage certificate. If you are now divorced, you must include final divorce certificates; if separated, a separation certificate. If your former spouse or common-law partner is deceased, you must include your spouse's or partner's death certificate.If your marriage was annulled, include a copy of the annulment. If you are in a common-law relationship, provide proof of that relationship.
• If there any discrepancies in the civil status documents you have submitted, provide a sworn affidavit explaining those discrepancies."

Windang ako nung nagpe-prepare ako ng docs before the revision of the instructions. Maliwanag naman na IN ALL CASES, provide CENOMAR. Eto na, since walang exemption,,, to the letter sinunod ko. I requested and submitted the CENOMAR of my 3y.o. daughter. :

haha... naisip ko nga din yan dati nung nabasa ko yung request for docs, kung kailangan din ba talaga ng CENOMAR ng mga kids.

opo, as long as ang point of departure mo ay sa 'Pinas kailangan ng PDOS. Wala na po kailangan iprocess sa POEA at OWWA, yung PDOS lang

im married and still submitted cenomar(advisory on marriages for married) for me and my hubby along with my full docs.i think there would be no problem if you submit it khit na hndi cya requested, the problem arises kpag requested pla cya and u were not able to submit.

mas mahal lng ng konti(cant remember the figures) ang cenomar and mas mtagal ang release.

Thanks! Un nga po naiisip ko, magsubmit pa rin even na di required. online request cost Php415.00, idideliver pa sa house... Hintay lang kami nung IELTS result, tas submit na namin...
