Sorry kasi puro tanong lang ako dito sa pages natin. ;D Im still gathering pa kasi the documents to be submitted sa Embassy kaya ang dami ko pa pong tanong. Pasensiya na po. Once na ma-submit ko na ang mga docs, magiging productive din ako dito... promise!

Ask ko lang about Proof of Funds.

1. Since hindi naman counted ang real property but kailangan pa rin siyang i-include to compute the personal net worth, what documents ba pwedeng ibigay as proof of our condo unit? Naka-mortgage pa kasi siya sa Pagibig eh. May kukunin ba ko sa Pagibig as to proof of market value? Or pwedeng contract of sale na lang i-attach namin. If ever pwede, do I submit a certified true copy?

2. As to vehicles, panu po ba kumuha ng market value nya now? Anu po bang documents ang pwede?

3. Kailangan po bang ang bank certificates sealed?

mimi, magkaiba cguro visa officer natin. d ata ako naging CIO eligibility review complete eh.. pero sabi sa ibang visa offices, puwedeng ganyan daw. kelan ba ganyan status mo? if you want contact mo visa office.. ask them if nareceive na. pero actually, ung AOR naman 10-21 days ata..try checking ur junkmail baka andun...

i dont know kng kelan pa naging CIO-Sydney eligibility review complete ang status ko. but for sure, b4 ko pa napadala full dox ko sa manila VO. i just recently used e-cas, kasi i thought para lng yun sa may mga full dox na at in-process ang review. ito ang message pag i click ko ang status:

don't worry ganyan talaga yan, you should wait for your 2nd aor from local visa office and use the new file number to access your ecas

hi upp! so mas tipid pag dun ako bibili kesa forwarder? may nagsabi kasi na space ang babayaran, so im thinking if puwede pa para d na ako bibili. pero if it's really cheap to buy a PC there, then cguro nga external drive nalang for sure hindi laptop ang gusto ko kasi super daming files and i want my screen big

wala akong idea sa price ng forwarder. sure lang ako na magaganda prices ng PC doon. may mga laptop naman na 17" ang screen kaya madyo malaki na rin. yun nga lang kung gusto mong 19"-30" ang monitor mo, talagang kailangan e desktop ang bilin mo.

@ nikka - Kahit na 2 months lang sila nagkasama physically pero na-consummate ang marriage, then it is legal. Technically kasal pa din sila ng ex-wife niya. Sa pagkaka-alam ko, hihingan kayo ng CENOMAR when you apply as common-law partners. At hindi makukuha ng partner mo ang CENOMAR niya kasi kasal pa siya sa iba.

yes makakakuha sya ng CENOMAR, kaso nakalagay dun yung previous marriage nya.

CEMAR po yung binigay ng NSO...

Me nag-advise nga po sa amin, isang immigrant consultant, ang sinasabi nya, accepted daw po, yung he is previously married but not legally separated and at present is in a common-law partnership. Me mga client daw po silang ganito rin ang naging sitwasyon, at na-aaprove. Basta daw me proper documentation kami ng common-law partnership namin, pwedeng ma-aaprove application. Case to case basis din daw kc yun pagdating sa immigration office...

Pero ang inaalala po kasi namin yung legalities, lalo na dito sa atin, di accepted ang ganitong relationship...

Hi...according to my agent your question in 1 and 2 are not needed anymore as net worth, maybe it was needed before but not anymore. here is the website reference on what they call proof of funds and this only.

In my case ganyan din, still my house is for sale until now, I asked money from my mother and I submitted bank certificates containing that I have the required amount of money, 3months before submission of the papers to visa office (before the end of the 120days), and according to the agent, its that simple. Just follow what they instructed in CIC.
