yun po ata ang mali ko, dineclare ko na sa hospital parin affiliated yung pagiging private duty nurse ko. hindi separate entity.

You shouldn't have used the hospital's letterhead. anyway, nanjan na yan. mabuti na rin na may idea tayo ano pinagbasehan nila. iexplain mo to sa letter mo. address this issue. and again, a sworn affidavit na nakasama tong issue na to sa mga declarations will really help.

im collecting narin po lahat ng DOCS NA SINUBMIT KO IN COONECTION TO MY DECLARED EXPERIENCE AS A NURSE...
maraming salamat po...

Do i still need to make my own letter of explanation?
or bahala na lahat yung employer sa pag eexplain?

NUNG DEC 09 TO JUNE 2010... naging connected din ako sa isang INDUSTRIAL CLINIC as a nurse...
will i still declare this? para kung sakali pag di nila ako approve... may pang fill sa months of my experience??

hello...ask ko lang ha, anu ano ba ang ginawa sa med exam?

Mga basic lang. kukuhanin weight mo, visual acuity, BP, CBC, UA, XRAY. Tapos, depende sa country na pupuntahan mokung ano ang requirements nila, for example, sa Australia, kukuhanan ka lang ng HEPA B, HIV, etc pag may balak kang magtrabaho o pumasok sa ospital sa australia otherwise di nila kelangan non. Sa Canada ata, basic yung HIV testing. pag mga baby, head circumference kinukuha nila.

Tapos I-physical exam ka ng doctor... (pag doctor ka din or from a medical profession at nagka-vibes kayo ng examining doctor, ije JO na lang nya to... meaning di na nya kakalkalin ang katawan mo. heheh) Pero sa iba, ibreast exam ka, reectal exam, pakinggan puso at baga mo, etc... as in full PE.

Tapos magrerequest lang sila ng further tests pag may nakita silang abnormality sa abovementioned chuva. kung mataas BP mo, ayan na, requestan ka na nila ng hypertensive work up with matching cardio clearance. pag may nakitang glucose sa ihi, ayan another exam na naman... yayaman lalo ang nationwide. Bow.

bakit hindi mo pa isama yung employment certificate dun sa clinic sa pinag trabahuan mo...1 month nalang kasi ang kailangan mo to complete the required minimum years of practice...pero gawa ka na rin ng affidavit explaining the certificate from being a PDN.

IMO Mercan is no good try Canadian Immigration Cosultancy(CIC)...my batch mate is currently under their wing...they have an office in P'que and MOA...i can PM you the contact details of one of their senior immigration consultants as soon as possible.

yup, but kyle basically have two problems:

1. the embassy visa office is requiring you to submit an affidavit explaining the one month certificate of employment from being a PDN. pwedeng mong sabihin na totoong nagtrabaho ka na ng PDN accompanied by supporting documents or pwede ring oversight yung paglagay mo nung hospital.

2. kung fraud pa rin ang tingin ng embassy kahit na nag submit kana(sana naman ay hindi mangyari)...hindi mo nakuha yung required minimum years of practice na one year. yung certificate mo galing sa clinic ay pwede to satisfy the requirement.

i met the senior consultant already. she's really nice when we went there months before i decided to apply on my own.
we'll see what we can do tomorrow. sana mahabol namin siya. we are really desperate to see her.

nagrequest na ako sa neighbor ko to send it to my email - okay lang po ba kahit scanned na yung iattach ko later on sa affidavit?

yung experience ko sa INDUSTRIAL CLINIC...
wala rin po contract dun... COMPANY I.D. LANG AND CERTIFICATE OF EMPLOYMENT...
wala rin po sila iniissue na PAY SLIP, kasi minsan informal yung pay slip nila... nakakahiya na yun ang isubmit ko sa embassy.
ano pa po kaya ibang proof of employment ko with the said clinic?
