im a avid reader of this forum, but only now i am just now ready to submit my application, ang tanong ko po is no need ko bang ipasa ung mga full documents sa visa office? I mean i will wait for them to tell me to submit my full docs; nabasa ko kasi sa site nila na only filled up forms lang dapat ipasa? please advise po.

hi po,

yung forms that you need to fill up, you need to submit them to CIU in Sydney NS, after they receive it you would need to wait for them to send you an AOR via email, mga tipong 60 - 75 days wait

once nerecieve mo na po yung AOR from CIU NS, then you are given 120 days to submit all your full docs to your local visa office dito na po pumapasok yung sa CHC sa manila

Question po:
Friend is in dubai, family and kids in philippines. can she send her application even if her family doesnt have passport yet, then she will get them passports when she receives 1st aor? tatanggapin kaya kung sakali lagyan na lang nya ng cover letter explaining that her family is getting their passports pa lang? kasi once a month lang pumupunta ang dfa sa probinsya nila and gusto na niya isubmit application agad...

any suggestions?

opinion ko lang po ;D
Dun po sa application lagyan nyo na muna ng "not applicable" yung passport information nung dependents husband/wife/children and then yung accompanying to canada is yes.
after which gawa po kayo ng cover letter na your dependents are still applying for passports.
