Sakin po wala, kasi through email ko po nakuha tong application package. Mine's actually an Application for a Certificate of Registration in the General Class, na katulad din nung nakuha ni koji, i think? Then all about nursing ang laman/questions. Yun nga lang po, wala talagang verification of licenses, only the summary of registrations..

@ nars,

We need to send them an email through their official email add with some personal details. It will be mailed to you after 2 weeks for free. Most colleges have their application packages available on website except ontario.

I forgot about this and it came to my mind just recently. Thanks for the info.

One quick question. What is the category of registration you are applying for? RN or RPN?

hi,

sorry for the agency, wala po ako macontribute.

for the nclex-rn, nursing colleges in canada dont give credit even to nclex passers. We need to pass LPN licensure to work as LPNs. most Filipino nurses after having their documents assessed( Im referring to Ontario) are usually offered by the college to either:

1. register for LPN licensure( kasi daw ang rn dito satin is equivalent lang sa LPN :'()
or
2. Do bridging program to be qualified for CRNE

most nurses on the otherhand, prefer to take LPN licensure, work as LPN while doing the bridging program so they earn something to pay for school.

SYEMPRE GUYS, THIS IS THE THING NURSING COLLEGES WANTS US TO DO.ITO DAW ANG IDEAL PROCESS PARA MAKAKITA NG GOOD WORK SA PROFESSION NATIN.. ::) ::)

My uncle who just came home and having two daughters who are nurses in Ontario however only advised me to pass english exam and then marami na daw ako makukuhang nursing jobs dun. ??? ???

O eh di eto na, nalito nanaman ako kung pursue ko ung ontario registration ko. But i was thinking a lot lately. walang mawawala sakin if i pursue licensure. mahirap kaya magpaadopt sa mga kamaganak. mabuti na yung ready to fight tayo when we get there di ba?

kaya mga friends na mga nurses, kuha tayo licensure...after all, future natin to at ng mga anak natin..

ahh.. I see.. Nakakainis talaga yang SEC Assessment. I really thought na okay if you're just gonna register to any board, and they would just automatically give you a work permit. I heard that if you're under SEC assessment, may written test plus interview and return demo :'(.. Waaahhh!! Sabi nang friend ko sa BC, He took the SEC assessment exam and depending on your scores, that would be the number of years for your schooling (maximum of 3 yrs). Sabi nia ang tuition fee daw is CAD6000 per sem. Ang lupit nmn nila.

hello

ask ko lang ha...anybody here planning to register as a nurse sa manitoba? nakita ko kc sa web nila www.crnm.mb.ca mas simple at mas mura ang registration nila lalo na if u qualify to take the CRNE immediately, but if not, of course me SEC assessment or much worse is you have to do the bridging program..plan ko kc doon mag land, is there anybody here who wants to go there also, can we share ideas and plans?

thanks...

hi fritzsped

Ask ko lang if you know kung anung subtest ang tinake ng friend mo sa SEC assessment sa BC? Ako kasi is also scheduled to take MED-Surgical pero I heard yung iba daw was asked to take General which is 5 subtest. Grabe naman kung 3years ka pang mag aaral, sayang naman yung time and money. :o :(
