hi powermelon_99. nagiging hobby ko na rin ang maghanap ng forum for FSW at maghanap ng mga karamay hehe. natutuwa naman ako at may ganitong forum.. mas nakakatense pala kung waiting for PPR. dati petiks lang ako na kung may dadating happy na. ngayon parang eto na un.. kung pasado ba oh hindi after completing all the documents tapos medical. haaay.

May relatives kasi kami sa Ontario, dun muna siguro kami for the mean time, lipat na lang kami pag medyo adjusted and stable na.. Hirap din kasi bagong environment, hindi din talaga magiging madali pag andun na.. For now, wala pa kaming tickets at hindi pa makaayos ng gamit, hindi makakilos hanggat hindi nakikita yung passports stamped with visa.. Hirap magantay noh? Hay.. Dbale, antay antay ka lang, maybe this coming week, magkakaron ka ng good news ;D

nakita ko na under NOC 3152 ka din....same as mine...actually, ngsend na din ako ng passport ko sa London (my visa office) and waiting to receive back my passport...at the same time anxious ako how to start my career as a nurse there...

Can I ask u what are ur plans upon arriving and landing in Canada? as I understand, d pa tayo pwd mgwork as a nurse because kelangan natin mag take ng mga exams/ trainings (e.g CRNE)....

Bka naman meron ka mga tips jan so that I can also follow on how to start a new career path in Canada....Hoping for your opinion...thanks! thanks! thanks!

nationwide requested for a clearance from cardio for hubby. Cardio requested for 2D echo to clear my hubby.medyo matagal lang ang scheduling ng follow up tests.At ang tagal magsend ng additional results.. ???

1.any news if embassy have had verification calls to ur employers and banks?

2. any ideas on bank verification to check our funds?

3. I once asked a bank manager if canadian embassy actually calls our banks and said they dont call, usually. They cannot even disclose how much money we have, is this true?

4. I have seen in most forums that embassy wud usually ask for updated bank cert anytime during the application. has anyone experienced this?

i posted my time line two pages before this...

fyi, there is a special rate for first time immigrant sa cathay... EVA is one stop lang in taipei and cathay hngkong naman... base from my computation, mas mura ang cathay but they dont have half fare sa mga kids below 12... so when i computed it, mas lumalabas pa din mura ang EVA... positive thinking, noong nagpabook ako sa Eva, nakatipid ako ng almost 400 dollars dahil sa child fare. also, we can apply sa dept of tourism para 50% off sa airport tax na 1620 for the kids... sayang din yon...lalo na kung madami kang kids like me...

at least with this, may pagkakaabalahan tayo while waiting for our PPR... sana nga this week lahat tayo will get this much awaited letter... let's claim it na in our Lords name..Amen...

i read somewhere na hindi pwde itanong ng canadian embassy how much yung money mo but they could ask if you really do have an account on the said bank.
i think bawal idisclose ng bank yung amount of money you have.

as for the embassy asking for updates, i think it depends on the visa officer. i asked my agent minsan daw talaga maski PPR na, nanghihingi pa ng updates..but yung binigay naman nyang example na hinihingi ay nbi clearance..
yung sa brother-in-law ko naman, hinignan pa sya ng updated family info (maski nasubmit na nya before) after PPR..so i guess it really depends?

from our experience ng common-law partner ko, wala naman pong nagcheck ng account namin sa bangko from canadian embassy, even sa past employer ng partner ko.. and sabi ng agent sa bank namin na they are not allowed na sabihin kung how much ang laman ng bank account ng client nila according nrin daw sa bank secrecy law... allowed lang daw sila sabihin kung ilang figures ang laman ng bank account, not the exact amount... Smiley

Naku, yan nga ang din problem namin ngayon.. Kasi nanghihingi din ako ng tips dito sa forum kung paano magstart once andun na sa Canada.. Ang isa pang iniisip ko, ako kasi walang work experience as an RN talaga, sa ibang company kasi ako nagwowork.. Eh most of the provinces in Canada, i think they require work experiences pag sa mga nurses. Hay... Baka ikaw, may mga nakukuha kang infos dito, share mo din sakin.. Tulungan na lang tayo if there's any tips and updates.. Nakakapraning din kasing magantay.. London-based ka ba ngayon?
