hi mga friends,

i am very thankful i am part of this group. I have learned a lot, gained so much insights and i have never felt any hesitations in sharing thoughts, answering others questions and asking my own questions as well. I want to thank everyone for being so generous in doing the same. I think this is what we call Filipino spirit. i never read any comments sarcastic or inconsiderate. Everyones so eager to help without expecting anything in return.Yun cguro ang isang malaking pagkakaiba natin sa ibang mga forums.

Thank you evryone for being part of evryone's success. May we continue to help each other until we all finally reach our goal.

I was thinking the past nights that I could have save a lot of thousand pesos if i came across this forum before getting a consultant. No regrets though, magagaling ang mga nakuha kong consultants but syempre......mahal ang singil nila. Kalungkot, hirap pa naman ng buhay ngayon.

Thank you for all seniors...ang laki ng tulong nyo saming naguumpisa palang.

Let's make a pledge of helping each other.... ;D ;D ;D
wow! grabe ka naman char...pinangiti at pinaluha mo ko sa sinabi mo...totoo yata lahat yan, at hapi for you coz u had a good experience with ur agent...d bale na lang yong sa akin...pero sa kabuuan, talagang ibang iba tayo sa thread na ito kesa iba na nabasa ko...sana ganito lage ang environment natin at sa mga sumusunod sa atin... ;) ;) ;) ;)

hailo -- wala yan. hmm... how did u prepare for ur medical pala? nagpa-check up kba sa ibang clinic prior to that? worry ko lang kasi iyong past med history ni hubby, he had kidney stones.. although there was no operation done, he was hospitalized for 2 days ata... and i don't know if this is because of the anxiety building up pero im having joint pains (knee, feet, ankle) and temple pains. At parang inuubo ako... i am thinking about having thorough check up next week pero that would cost me few thousands including xray, ultrasound and blood tests. haha bigla parang paranoid na ako..
imbubbles,

signs of anxiety yan iba mong napi feel dhil sa overexcitement...share ko lang ha though no experience pa ako sa aspect na to pero, don't worry too much kc ang mga sakit na nakakatakot ay yong mga contageous at maka paralyze, making us and our dependents to become a problem in canada...sa tingin ko yong sa hubby mo, hindi naman yan ganoon at yong ubo at iba pang pains na sinasabi mo ganoon rin...to be sure, il go with your idea na magpatingin muna sa iba if finances warrant...pero if you'll go directly to the accredited doctors, cguro mag water therapy ka muna for 2-3 days at be careful with your diet...at ssshhhh...kahit na nurses tayo pero yung friend ko sinasabi nya bago cya nag medical umiinom cya ng 1 small can of alpine every morning 1 week before sa sched ng medical exam nya...at lo and behold! ok ang meds nya...bakit ko nasabi to, kc me 75% na risk cya sa mga sakit kc yong partner in life nya noon ay promiscuous sa sex...alam nyo na..but honestly i cud not find any scientific suuport for that pero yong water therapy cguro may help a lot....

kc kung me problema sa medical ganoon naman din, doble gastos kc e treat pa at medical exam ulit hanggang sa ma clear na lahat...

Hello po to all kabayans,

Sorry, it took me quite some time to come back in this forum. I had been busy reviewing for IELTS (which I recently took), and gathering my docs. I'm almost done but i need some clarifications though. I had to read all posts since the last time I logged in here, and i was able to find answers to some of my questions.

To refresh you, here's my timeline:
Sent application to NS - 10/15/09
Application received by NS - 10/21/09
AOR (1st) received thru email - 12/23/09 (dated 12/22/09)
Todate: collating all necessary docs for submission to Manila VO. (I hope to send it before end of this month.)

I need to be clarified on these matters (Seniors and anyone on the same situation, please comment/reply...thanks!):

1. Could I submit an explanation letter if I would not be able to provide employment contracts from my previous employer? Further, as to the explanation
letter, if it pertains to my spouse's employment, should he be the one to sign the letter or would I be the one to sign, considering that I'm the principal
applicant?
2. Has anyone got a copy of the Statutory Declaration for Non-accompanying family members? If so, kindly email it to silverfoxvee@gmail.com.
3. Do i have to accomplish a new set of application forms to be submitted to the Manila VO, or should I submit the duplicate copy of the one i sent to NS?
If I need to accomplish a new one, could I change the amount I declared in the POF, since I have read in one of the posts here that the amount
required for single applicant has changed from Ca$10,835 to Ca$11K+?
4. With regard to the PRC certificates, can I submit the original without notarization, or shall I secure a CTC from PRC and have the same notarized?
5. Lastly, as to the personal assets being declared, where could I secure an official valuation for the automobile?

Thank you. Will appreciate your responses soonest. Take care and God bless everyone.

2. Has anyone got a copy of the Statutory Declaration for Non-accompanying family members? If so, kindly email it to silverfoxvee @ gmail.com. ( you can make your own, just state your declaration..ex. this is to declare that I intend to proceed to canada without my family members and that I understand that when they will follow me to Canada, they will be assessed accordingly...so on, try to read the checklist, there's statement there regarding statutory declaration, you can base it there.)
3. Do i have to accomplish a new set of application forms to be submitted to the Manila VO, or should I submit the duplicate copy of the one i sent to NS? ( you may make a new one, if you have updates but if there's none, you can pass the photocopy of those sent to CIO)
If I need to accomplish a new one, could I change the amount I declared in the POF, since I have read in one of the posts here that the amount
required for single applicant has changed from Ca$10,835 to Ca$11K+? ( am not sure about changing POF)

but try to wait for another idea also, some may have a better one...about the declaration, that was the thing I did before because I did not include my family members in my first applcn to CIO, but along with the declaration, I also wrote a letter of query if I could include my family members now, since in my first aplcn to CIO, I did not include them...that was why the embassy called me on the day they began processing my case, telling me that I could include them and advised me to pay for their applcn fees. hope this info helps... God bless

Thank you so much for your reply, Maharlika. You're a big help.

If ever I decide to change the status of my dependents from non-accompanying to accompanying, do i still have to inform the CIO or I'll just make the necessary changes in the application forms to be sent to Manila VO and pay the corresponding fees, and send the full docs within the 120-day period, without waiting for confirmation for the change of status?

Thanks once again.

Hi! i can only answer 3 of your questions.. for:

1. you can make an affidavit of explanation stating your concerns there. your spouse will sign for his affidavit and have it notarized..
2. submit another set of the forms with fresh signatures.
3. if you will submit origical docs (including original board certificates from the PRC), there is no need to have them notarized.. that's what i did :)

dario14 -- hi! welcome to the forum. well, sad to say pero you cant apply under SFW this time. but on april 10, 2010, there will be changes in the NOC list. if your current occupation will be included in that list you can try. for now, try searching online for possible employer and/or try provicial nominee..

mafran -- balitaan mo lang kami if may update ka ha?
