aoa ,

sir u have sent my full docs in sep,they recvd in it,on 16 sep. i got a letter from them on 16 jan,2011.after that, once for some days it was went to in process, then from feb 2011 till now, it is application recvd by vo.my noc is 4131,4121... i have sent my new born baby's updated forms in last month, n vo recvd it..... dnt know....what will happen???? we r hearing some bad news...n some good news from members.... is it the rite time to order caips notes???? will it b fruitfut now????

INSHALLAH every thing will be fine.i also send my documents in end of sep-10 and my status is we started processing on ur application on mar xx-2012.ur updated documents which u send will be attached with ur file and i think u should not order caips because it will be usless at this stage and i hope u will hear some good news very soon so just chill and pray to ALLAH every thing will be fine.r u from lahore or isb .if u need any more information then please feel free to ask

I just found my status updated on CIC website like below after almost 1.5 year. Can anyone say what does it mean? I am just so excited.

"Your application was reviewed and we started processing on May 4, 2012"

They have finished your initial assessment and started processing. That means, you can anticipate your medicals soon. Congrats !!

I would like to ask about the proof of funds. My father is willing to sell one of his property to give me and use as my proof of funds. How can I go about this? How can I explain this to cic? Is this qualified?

If he is willing to sell it then there's nothing for you to explain....have him sell it asap and lodge the money to your account.

Thanks Cytric for ur reply, Please let me know they have completed verification or not? Actually the numbers which i had given of my work place are not working now. So can it be a problem now?

And, if they have completed that then in how much time i can expect to hear from them about medicals?

Don't worry. In my guess then should have complete the background verification by now. I got my medicals in 10 days after the same update line, but my VO is Buffalo, NY. Good Luck !!

I am B.E in Food Technology from INDIA

3.5 years experience as "Research and Development Officer" in Edible vegetable oil Industry in India
7 months experience as "Quality Assurance Officer" in Biscuit manufacturing Industry in India

i have applied under social worker for canada PR on 2 dec 2011 ..but till today i have not heard anything from cic .its been around 4.5 months ..does that mean my case is refused ... need suggestions

Dear

Normally 90-120 days required for getting AOR+PER. However, your case exceeds this limit.
No need to worry . some times it will happen like thins.

Pls send a CSE to CIO .may be u will get a positive reply. Also u applied self or via any agency?

If through any agency CIO will send the AOR+PER ot their address only.
