I received email from FSW-Centralized-Intake-Office that:
"Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive final determination of eligibility for processing on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on June 25, 2011"

"Your application will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing."

Now can anybody tell me that what is the next step?

hi there. please i need your help. I applied as federal skilled worker last july 2011 and sent our passports last feb 7, 2012 for passport request and until now i'm still waiting. I emailed them last may 6,2012 to ask about our status and they replied with:

We have received your passports at our office on February 9, 2012.
Your application is currently queued for review.
You will be advised of any further instructions in writing (via e-mail).
We trust this information is of assistance and guides you accordingly.

I would like to know if there is a possibility for us to be rejected??

thanks!! :)

hello again.. i have few questions to ask..
first question/situation: I will lodge my application this July and regarding proof of funds , my mom will provide that for me since i don't have any assets to declare. but she hasn't transferred that yet into my account. do i need to provide letter of explanation where did i get that money in that short period of time?

second question/situation: i don't have any employment certificates from my previous employers but they will give employment certificate with detailed job description. My problem is i don't have my contract anymore from my first employer for 3years. and i don't have pay slips either because they don't provide us that. My second employer didn't provide any contract because i was only a part time and we just agreed regarding salary and other stuffs verbally. i have few pay slips left with me. do i need to photocopy and notarize those even if they're just few copies? regarding my contracts from my previous employers, do i need to make an affidavit why i don't have them anymore?

PLEASE enlighten me... THANK YOU! :)

1. The fund should be yours or your accompanied dependent over 18. Mind it you cannot borrow this money and even from your parents!

2. I would suggest you to arrange those docs which you lack from your previous employers.

You should receive PPR by 3-5 months usually. Have patience.

Typically the money is not yours. Better you should keep this money in your account and maintain it now. No need to explain the visa office. It would be wise to make it a FDR where interest rate is higher.

RE submitting copies of documents (based from the checklist)- for July 1, 2012.

Do they have to be certified true copies? (they are already in English)

Thanks

Hmm, its wise to apply again as s/he does not fall under MI-1 which has begun on or after November 29, 2008. S/he should apply afresh.

Dear all,

i have question as i am going to apply after 1 July for Skilled worker.

1- what Were the 29 Occupations as Stated on the Web site CIC "For the 29 eligible occupations, as of May 8, 2012, the maximum of 10,000 Federal Skilled Worker applications has been reached."
I have seen the List, There are too many occupations.

2- As In Occupational List, there is :

228 Technical occupations in computer and information systems

2281 Computer network technicians
2282 User support technicians
2283 Information systems testing technicians

As, I have about 4 years of Experience in Computer/Network/System Support Technician as full Time Paid worker.
Can i apply for these Occupations after 1 July?

Thanks in Advance.

Regards,
