NOC Code......

It's all on the CIC site: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/index.asp

But...

(Please note that this info does not apply to the Federal Skilled Trades Program)

1) Determine your eligibility by doing this CIC quiz http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/ee-start.asp

2) Get your language test(s) done. You must get at least CLB 7 in each of the four sections for the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW), Provincial Nomination Program (PNP) or Canadian Experience Class (CEC) streams. But getting CLB 10 gives you maximum points for language.

How does CLB match back to the language tests? That info is here --> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/language/charts.asp

3) Get your qualifications assessed by doing an Education Credential Assessment. Details here --> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/assessment.asp

4) Determine the code that best applies to you on the National Occupation Classification (NOC) list http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/noc.asp

The occupation must be NOC 0, A, or B for FSW or CEC.

5) When you have those in hand you create your express entry profile. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/profile.asp and register for the Job Bank http://www.jobbank.gc.ca/home-eng.do?lang=eng

You'll be given points based on your age, education, number of years work experience, and language skills. The points system is detailed here --> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/grid-crs.asp

You'll be in a pool with thousands of other applicants http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/pool.asp

Of course, the more points you have the better. The max is 1200, with 600 of those points coming from your ability to snag a PNP or a job offer with a very hard to get Labour Market Impact Assessment http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/employers/lmo-basics.asp

For CEC applicants, the max is 600 but someone who has no work experience in Canada who is only eligible for FSW can only get up to 520 points.

6) Finally, wait for your invitation to apply (ITA). But in the interim you will need to do the following:

a) Have your application fee (C$550 each for principal applicant and spouse) and right of permanent resident fee (C$490 each for principal applicant and spouse) ready
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/fees.asp

b) Identify how you will provide proof of funds http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp

c) check out what is required for the police certificates http://www.cic.gc.ca/English/information/security/police-cert/index.asp

d) find out how long it takes to get a date for the medical exam. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/medical/medexams-perm.asp

e) contact previous and current employers about them providing job letters. You must have at least 12 months of full-time, or an equal amount in part-time, skilled work experience. Full-time work means at least 30 hours of paid work per week. Work experience while you were a full-time student does not count.

f) research cities in the province(s) where you want to live.[/QUOTE
Usefull information.. can anyone please help me out.. my question is .. is it necessary to continue the same job till i get pr ?? Or just the 1 year experience is Enough.

Congrats. I'm at this stage too but I got a message I'm not eligible based on the fact that I haven't been invited to apply, I don't have a job offer, no provincial nominee & no relative in Canada. Pls what can I do differently?

Hello Guys,

I need some guidance. I received ITA 20th Aug 2019. My CRS score automatically increased in Aug by 25 points for work experience (3 years). My work experience dates are 2nd September 2016 to 30th August 2019 and worked 40 hrs/week. I am technically short of 1 day for 52 weeks in the 3rd year. Will that be an issue?

I would highly appreciate if anyone has any input, or if seen/heard of any similar cases.

Thanks!
PG

Hello guys,
I have worked in bricks kiln operatives from 2013 to 2017. But firm is closed now. I worked there on cash and no pay slips.my income was not taxable but still i files 2 years tax returns from 4 years work exp. There is no offer letter, increment letter and joining letter thing in these type of businesses in india. And now i am in govt job since 2017 and it is NOC C category.
1. So what should i do to prove my work experience as my employer is ready to give me in written whatever is needed, but firm is closed. So letterpad would not be valid.
2. Will the 2 years tax return will create a problem that person might have done work of only 2 years insted of 4 years?
3. If i get revised tax return of closed firm of years 2013to 2017,will that work for me? My employer is ready. But it would show revised date also that is current date.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
460 is close enough that you may want to wait for a direct ITA. How many days do you have to respond to the PNP offer?
I would suggest you to take it as we may not how the scores might go...it might go on the upper side with more H1B people from USA applying and govt might even change in the upcoming elections. You can get your PR work in BC for sometime and you have the option to move Ontario or elsewhere as you are not restricted in your mobility. This is my opinion. You can also visit my site if you need more information on any settlement steps or so...

Hello Seniors,

I have already submitted my EE Profile on 14th Sept 2019.

Can anyone tell me how much time does it take to get a reply from their end?

Thank in advance.

Regards
Prior to submitting your Express Entry profile for the immigration program, have you checked how much is your CRS score? Because depending on your CRS score provided you may get an invitation to apply as soon as the next draw is held.

However, based on your current score, it can also take you months to wat for ita

Hii dear
if someone could help please.
I have work reference letter of 4 years, which was issued to me on 2nd april 2017. The company has closed its operations now and it no longer exists om ground. And that time owner is also ready to give me an declaration from his side on revenue stamps and notorised that i had worked there for 4 years and was paid in cash..i dont have any tax returns. I was sales supervisor.
I can also manage another employee's reference letter who is also having a experience letter from the company as technical supervisor.
There is also a letter by govt authority that firm is not allowed to continue its operations due to some rules.
Will these will be enough ? Or there could be some refusal?

pls help!

if the primary applicant's age changes between ITA n e-AOR and cause a decrease in the CSR to go below the cut-off , will it be a reason for rejection.
