Your request "may" be rejected but not straightaway. The analyst who validates eligibility will put your application in "Review Required" and from there on it may take a long time before it reaches the visa officer and he makes final decision. Order GCMS notes to see what has happened till now with your application.

Your situation is not unique. There are many people who are not able to get a detailed letter from their organization. In such situation you can get a letter from your immediate supervisor or colleague and submit that as proof of job duties.
Thank you so much for your prompt feedback, so if I can get one letter as proposed knowing that I have mentioned 4 different experiences, one letter is enough to avoid the rejection? how can I submit it by now knowing that it has been only 3 weeks since I have submitted all documents?
Thank you in advance

I have no clue what you mean. If you need advise be more clear and concise.

You can submit using Case specific enquiry. Google and you will get the link. Or you can wait for 3/4 months and order GCMS notes to see if your documents were deemed enough or you were put in "review required"

Thank you, what I meant is that I have reported 4 different experiences each one with around 4 to 5 years experience as financial director, do I have to submit detailed job description for each one of theses experiences? Or one to two is enough ?
If I send the requested letter through the case specific enquiry normally as I read it should be taken into consideration after 5 working days and this will avoid me the risk of any rejection true?

I really wish you had come here for advise before you submitted your application. Why did you put all the work experience in work experience section if the maximum points you get is for 3 years? If all experiences were 4-5 years you could have just picked one with the best documentation available and moved the rest in personal history. Much cleaner and simpler. Anyways what is done is done now.

Technically, you need detailed letter for each work experience you list under the work experience section. But, as the maximum points are awarded for 3 year work experience if you get detailed letter for even one that should be "technically" okay. But, if your documentation is not complete for any of the work experience you have listed most likely your application will be marked for "Review Required" but in the end should be approved.

Hello guys, i need some advice please, i have submitted my express entry profile and i am eligible for CEC with CSR 305, also at the same time i sent my application of Alberta Opportunity Stream (AINP) to be considered for nomination. How long would it take to receive an update from PRovince or territory? Should i call them or wait for the nomination to be approved.?

I really miss that point but anyway I really apreciate your comments and valuable advice, my last request is the following what if I can bring by now all detailed description tasks of each experience and submit them via case request ? Could it be helpful at that stage since my documents submitted have not been yet processed? If yes what reason should I give when sending the letter of explanation? Maybe a simple forgot... What do you think
Many thanks

It's all on the CIC site: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/index.asp

But...

(Please note that this info does not apply to the Federal Skilled Trades Program)

1) Determine your eligibility by doing this CIC quiz http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/ee-start.asp

2) Get your language test(s) done. You must get at least CLB 7 in each of the four sections for the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW), Provincial Nomination Program (PNP) or Canadian Experience Class (CEC) streams. But getting CLB 10 gives you maximum points for language.

How does CLB match back to the language tests? That info is here --> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/language/charts.asp

3) Get your qualifications assessed by doing an Education Credential Assessment. Details here --> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/assessment.asp

4) Determine the code that best applies to you on the National Occupation Classification (NOC) list http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/noc.asp

The occupation must be NOC 0, A, or B for FSW or CEC.

5) When you have those in hand you create your express entry profile. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/profile.asp and register for the Job Bank http://www.jobbank.gc.ca/home-eng.do?lang=eng

You'll be given points based on your age, education, number of years work experience, and language skills. The points system is detailed here --> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/grid-crs.asp

You'll be in a pool with thousands of other applicants http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/pool.asp

Of course, the more points you have the better. The max is 1200, with 600 of those points coming from your ability to snag a PNP or a job offer with a very hard to get Labour Market Impact Assessment http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/employers/lmo-basics.asp

For CEC applicants, the max is 600 but someone who has no work experience in Canada who is only eligible for FSW can only get up to 520 points.

6) Finally, wait for your invitation to apply (ITA). But in the interim you will need to do the following:

a) Have your application fee (C$550 each for principal applicant and spouse) and right of permanent resident fee (C$490 each for principal applicant and spouse) ready
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/fees.asp

b) Identify how you will provide proof of funds http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp

c) check out what is required for the police certificates http://www.cic.gc.ca/English/information/security/police-cert/index.asp

d) find out how long it takes to get a date for the medical exam. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/medical/medexams-perm.asp

e) contact previous and current employers about them providing job letters. You must have at least 12 months of full-time, or an equal amount in part-time, skilled work experience. Full-time work means at least 30 hours of paid work per week. Work experience while you were a full-time student does not count.

f) research cities in the province(s) where you want to live.

Thanks, great post, what would i need to create an express entry profile, and how would i go about creating the profile, i am planning a trip to Canada soon on a visitors visa and would like to have all this in place before i go over, please advise.

Hello everyone. I'd like to make a quick enquiry please.

I submitted an expression of interest (EOI) for the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Programme (Skilled Workers Overseas Stream).

I'm the principal applicant and I have two dependants that have been included in my EOI. My question is this, once the LAA has been issued, am I only paying $500 for the submission of a complete application or $1,500 since it's a family of 3.

I look forward to your kind response as always.

Many thanks.
